I’m absolutely speechless by how incredible this place is. It has the essence of home, a friendly staff, the most reasonable prices I’ve ever come across (my meal + breakfast the next day was $20), and to top it all off, it was done SO quickly.
I was on a lunch break doing a job at the convention center nearby and was nervous about taking too long, but because of how professional the staff is, I ended up having time to eat my meal and make it back to work early!

This shop has great and affordable food for being downtown and on campus. The General Manger is very friendly and also supports student events and projects when possible! The staff are all friendly as well. Their breakfast burritos are a must at least once a week for me! Also the best REAL horchata I have had around these parts!

I would give this negative stars if I could. I went to the Tivoli location because I had a training there and it was convenient. It was 10:30 in the morning and the lady who was behind the counter seemed confused and/or high. I ordered and she forgot my order despite the fact that there were no other customers at the window and no orders in the works. I waited for a while and then had to ask about my food. She apologized and then started working in my order. When I finally got food the carnita meat in my tacos looked like boiled pork or cat food out of a can. The meat had no taste. The only edible part of my meal was the chips and salsa. My friend got queso and chips and the queso was watery and also had no taste. Avoid this place.

Solid place to stop for lunch on/around Auraria Campus. Their food and vibe feels very authentically Mexican, and the prices are generally reasonable. Lots of meat choices (highly recommend their Adobada), all fresh ingredients, and the staff has always been very nice!

Used to be good. Idk what happened. I used to go here pretty often but took a break. Come back and it’s awful. Took 15 minutes to get 2 plain bean and cheese tacos when there was only one other customer in there. Open up my plate and there’s blood and raw meat on it… Health hazard and cross-contamination. I would at least expect quality after it took so long and was pretty pricey.

I was the only one in line. I ordered 3 tacos, along with chips and guacamole. It literally took 30 min to get my order. Again, I was the only one waiting. Then when I actually got the food, you can see that the guac, has little to no actual Avacado in it. It just tastes like onion! The service was bad and I am thoroughly disappointed. Do not recommend to anyone.
