I’m traveling and eat at Zaxby’s a lot back home. This location is leaps and bounds better than the one in my home town. My Cobb salad is full. Loaded with all the good stuff. The guy at the drive thru window was super nice!

I give up on this place. I love Zaxby’s and this is the closest one to my house so I keep trying to give it another chance but every single time the order is completely wrong , like not even close and most times you have to pull up and wait for an extra 15 minutes for the wrong food. They have not had my order right the last 10+ times I’ve tried this location. So if you go here, check your food before you pull off! But I’d honestly recommend the location right off I/75 on Watson. That Zaxby’s is the best, quick and great service. I’d rather drive further than deal with the Zaxby’s on 49 again.

Zaxby’s is one on my husband’s favorite. We eat here quite often so on the 29th we went on the inside to make our order due to the amount. The front-end cashiers Caden,Ary,and Karma were more than helpful and worked their buttons off. My order came out incorrect and they kept giving me the same food back in the same boxes ,as if I didn’t notice that the food was still wrong.The cooks Matt or Jman kept staring at me because I kept sending the food back. One of the front end cashiers even told One of them ” come on you have to understand and get the order right you can’t do that” It took them four tries until the order was correct. They were the absolute rudest people I have ever seen in that restaurant. Keep in mind I spent 112.44 and was there well over an hour. Your food gets your clients but your staff keeps them. Byron Zaxbys I am really surprised and applaud.

I usually only get a gallon of sweet tea because others around me don’t care for it. But if you want great toast, egg rolls or salads, they are great. I just signed up for points and will be going to get free chicken fingers today!!!

Went and got a chicken tender plate dipped in wimpy sauce. Got home and noticed they weren’t dipped so I contacted the manager and he said that he would remake my order himself. Went back and they still were not dipped in the sauce. So I called back to the restaurant and he caught an attitude saying that they were dipped that he did it himself. I order the same meal at every Zaxbys I visit and they have never looked this dry. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 exits up and visit the one on Hartley Bridge Rd. Never again will I go to this location.

Food was extremely fresh. Service was quick and everyone was polite. Zaxby’s needs better fries overall but this particular store can’t help that. BRING BACK THE TATER CHIPS ZACH AND TONY!

$12 giant quesadilla and this is what I get. What a joke. Not to mention the girl at the window wouldn’t speak and had a TERRIBLE attitude. Her attitude was almost as bad as this quesadilla. Nobody wants to be at work but you can’t expect customers not to come. If you’re having that bad of a day just go home. Guess I’ll go enjoy my cold tortilla shell now

If I could give zero starts I would. My salad was full of rotten,wilted, soggy lettuce and rotten tomatoes. I looked past that and picked out all the rotten bits in my salad and when I got almost finished eating it I found a hair. Absolutely disgusting.
