We stopped in just to check out the good ol’ Wisconsin Friday night fish fry and obligatory old fashioned! It was fantastic! Fish was flaky and not greasy! AND! They offered so many side options- homemade German potato salad!! What! It was great- not sour or too “wet!” The coconut shrimp was crispy and so delicious! The old fashioned was just strong enough to say “hello!”!!! Highly recommended! Great service and atmosphere!

I gave it 2 because place was clean. Bar n food service was quick. Don’t get your fish fried- dry in outside. The only thing else I got was the onion rings and fries and a good Corona what is about the best. People are very cliquish not very cordial or friendly. If you plan to go bring a friend. Can’t make any friends here.
Don’t expect a lot of conversation out of the bartender.

We went for the fish fry. The food was spectacular, one of the few places where one can find German potato salad! Our server was very kind and efficient. We will definitely be back !

Excellent fish and so many choices of potatoes to add, with bread, butter, coleslaw and dessert if you dine in the supper hour. We usually go mid aftrrnoon– quiet and able to visit without yelling at your neighbor.
