This is my favorite quick stop before church on Sunday mornings! The lady behind the counter always greets us with a friendly smile as she expeditiously fulfills all orders. This place is different from other bagel stores neighboring the area in that they have soft, soft bagels with just the right amount of chewiness. The store is always clean even with the busy line and I’ve never seen the place in a disarray. So glad this one came in on Preston!!

A different location messed my order up and this store was able to not only fill my order, but discounted it because of the inconvenience. The person that helped me was very nice and understanding. Highly recommend this location, and will be using them personally for any large orders in the future.

I always receive fantastic service at this Einstein Brothers location. I order here 3 to 4 times a week and am never disappointed in my order. Okju and Eliana, the two employees that I interact with on a regular basis, are friendly and welcoming. The order is accurate, and always made quickly. Also, there is always hot coffee ready and available to take out in the Carafes. While some bagel shops run out of the “good stuff” in the counters, the two employees make sure the counter is stocked with what is on the menu. Hence, my 5 star review all around for this location.

Not the usual Einstein bagels experience. We have been to many others and absolutely love those but this one is terrible. Very small place, it is for pickup only. We ordered 2 sandwich, one with thin bagel. They swapped the bagels. The seasoning inside was bad. Will not return.

We had a pleasant experience from this location. We haven’t been to Einstein Bros. Bagels for a long time and it’s not easy to decide. Kia was very friendly and helpful! Bagel was great, but coffee was not so impressive. However, I don’t drink coffee that often so it’s alright. It’s good to be back!
