I have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was tonight. Even though I placed my order online to have it be fulfilled at 8:30, I had to wait until 8:55 to get my order, when I asked about why I had to wait , I was told that I should have placed my order around 7 have it fulfilled at 8:30 as they had dishes to do. I also then looked at my smoothies and noticed that my glass was only three quarters of the way full. When asked about this , I was told that that’s the way they happen sometimes. In the past , every other time I have been here , I have never had a glass as empty as this. I was told that I got what I ordered.

I ordered 2 smoothie bowls, they were rock hard. The staff explained they prep them ahead of time. I had to wait 20 minutes for my bowl begin to thaw before I could even start to eat it. Need to have a better system. I respect the prep but I wanted breakfast…not lunch

Love the smoothies but it would be nice if the employees actually showed up to open the store. There were people in the drive thru and people parked just waiting. They should have been open at 8 and it was 8:50 when I pulled up the drive thru. Unfortunately this isn’t the fist time this happened at this location.

I got an Acai Cocoa Haze™ bowl earlier and found what is believed to be a clump of soiled cat litter in my bowl covered in the chocolate peanut butter spread. I accidentally ate part of it when I realized what it likely was. It smelled of strong ammonia-like odor. Tried to contact the store and there was no answer! Next step will be to reach any corporate they have. This place is a complete joke. Not the first issue I’ve had with them! But to put soiled cat litter in a customers food ??? What kind of people are working here!? Are there not any hiring standards, or any supervision at this store?!

There appears to be only one employee here today – On a Saturday – And it’s over 90 degrees outside – perfect day for a smoothie. We keep coming back because we like the smoothies, but wait time is always slow. Any time we have come here and they actually have a few employees, there is zero sense of urgency and they all look miserable. We’ll probably keep coming back, but I won’t be surprised if this business doesn’t stay open long.

Visited on. Saturday. Came through drive thru. Took order for two smoothies quickly but did not give us a total at time of order. Waited at the window without being greeted or acknowledged for over 15 minutes! Appeared that staff was taking care of their friends inside and socializing instead of doing the job at hand. From the other reviews read, appears this wait time is a common issue. Only able to see one employee from drive thru, not sure if more inside or not. DO BETTER.
