As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away. Instead of the usual chips and salsa, they brought out two warm Conchitas—a small but thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious.
I ordered the Menudo, and it was so good. It had the exact pieces I love—the chewier cuts (not sure which part of the animal they are, but they’re my favorite). My husband ordered taquitos along with a breakfast combo, and everything was delicious. He cleaned his plate completely.
The atmosphere is very family-oriented—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It honestly feels like a Latino version of Denny’s, in the best way.
On top of the excellent management, we had about four different waiters check on us to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness is such a great detail and something you don’t find in most restaurants these days. Rafael was our waiter – very quick, efficient and friendly.

Clean spot with okay service, though food took a while to arrive for 2 plates. The classic breakfast plate was ok but the bacon was salty, and the machaca breakfast burrito had a great texture and wasn’t dry, but it was a bit bland and needed more seasoning. Nice place if you have some time to spare

Went here because reviews where nice to try something new for breakfast. The bread at the start was nice but unfortunately that was the highlight. The chilaquiles where greasy and had more cheese than anything. The sauce was lacking flavor and spice even though I ordered spicy. The sirloin tips where also lacking in flavor almost like not seasoned and the mushrooms tasted off. Had hair on the crepes and chilaquiles. Returned the crepes and server was nice enough to take off bill. Chilaquiles we didn’t notice until almost mid way so didnt make a deal about it as we already ate most so too late. Ordered French toast and never got them but again server was good about adjusting the bill. Overall food was barely ok for the price definitely not worth it but the service was definitely good. Our server did go above and beyond and its nice to have good service at least.

Abigail was awesome. She helped us out with finding the perfect combinations of food for all of us. She even helped on putting together a plate for my picky 7 year old.The conchas here are fire. Chilaquilas plate was so yummy. Everything was so good. The horchata iced latte was do good. Not sugary at all. Just perfect. Service was exceptional! We’re looking forward to coming back again.

The best breakfast in town. Hands down! Worth every single penny!!! I don’t live close by but every weekend I go to this spot for breakfast. Spot on with my egg order, scrambled soft! Tasty meat sides, and the pancakes are excellent!

I came to this establishment with my girlfriend and kids because it was mentioned on Tik Tok, placed my order and food came out fast. Not once were we offered a refill of our drinks and @ $7.98 for two I would have at least expected refills. I had the torta chilaquiles and that was a plain disappointment. Bread was stale. Further more the meal had no protein at all and $15.99 I would have expected at least an egg or two with it. Just bread tortillas and salsa. For the 15 dollars I rather do it my self at home. This place was an all bad experience. I requested a cheese burger with my current server, but she had to take her break and would relay the information to the new server. 5 minutes later the new server came asking what I had ordered. I told her a plain double cheese burger. She explained they had no French fries, I told her I did not want French fries that I wanted a double cheese burger plain. She proceeded to tell me that they don’t sell those here. All and all never coming back to this place, even after being disappointed with the torta and trying to get more food the service is out right not well. Stay away from this place.

This place showed potential. They were definitely understaffed. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, by the time the food arrived it was cold, but the plate itself was hot. The taste of the food was good, but the price was way too much for the amount of food they serve.

My family and I (a party of 13) had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at Loaded Cafe Burgers. The food was terrible and several of us ended up with stomach pain afterward. That alone was disappointing, but the service made everything worse.
Our server had a terrible attitude the entire time — rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. The worst part is that they brought out a hot plate and burned my little niece’s hand. No apology, no concern, no attempt to make it right. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.
For a large group that came in to enjoy a meal together, we left feeling sick, disrespected, and shocked at how badly we were treated. I do not recommend this place at all.
