Customer service only good thing oh and my coke. We got the Fish & Chips ($14.00), got a handful of fries not too bad, the fish whole other story. The fish was fried tempura style but the OIL WOW, it was pooled on the paper lined plate and when you bit into it the oil was a bit much. It was like it was not strained in the least bit before placing on my place. Sorry for the price I could get better at Long John Silvers.

Unfortunately everything went wrong in this visit, except the drinks.
Our meal started with the waiter checking my ID and then saying “Oh, it’s okay you’re older than me!” Being reasonably young I wasn’t offended but it’s definitely considered a rude comment from male to female.
Sangria was a-mazing.
Meal wise, they forgot our salad and the salsa for one of the entrees (which didn’t arrive until he was 1/2 way done) and it took forever to get a refill on our drinks. However, they were kind enough to give us free dessert to comp for it.
Overall 3 stars because service mishaps and the food was not worth the price they ask. It was decent, but not great. Would try again if someone I knew wanted to go, but I won’t be craving it any time soon.

Good appetizers, Bangbang Shrimp was awesome. Entrees were good but overpriced for size of fish. Service was a joke. Had to ask waitress to buss table after she walked by 4 times. Another waitress dropped menus on one of us and didn’t even notice. Spend elsewhere….

I’ve been there twice and both times it hasn’t been a great experience. The staff are almost robotic. The waitress tonight seemed eager only to upsale us on the menu, only suggesting the most expensive dish that “sells out every night.” I ordered the Kobe beef burger and they cooked all of the moisture out. It was SO dry. We had desert afterward and the desert left so much to be desired. Sorry we went. Sorry we wasted my mother in laws money and I wasted the calories on such a grossly overcooked burger.

We tried bonefish first on a trip to Florida. We were so excited that it opened a location here at home. Other than the lobster being more expensive (shipping probably) it’s still an upscale environment with great food and good service. The lobster tail, or lobster grilled cheese are excellent. Fast and friendly service. We’ll definitely come back.

Small menu. Nothing special about the taste. Slightly blane flavor. Their homemade lemonade was too sweet. Therefore we switched to glasses of apple juice. Nice environment and friendly staff. But over-priced compared to food quality. I will never return.

Food was great, decent fish is hard to find in abq, and this place is above and beyond. The servers were friendly as well. I found the tea a tiny bit bitter, but I’m stubborn and refuse to use sweetener or the provided lemon, so that’s really on my. They also offer sauteed spinach which you don’t see everyday, and it was delightful.
