I had a great experience at North Homewood Pizza today. I first called in for the oxtail pizza. They had ran out but were preparing more. Tamika was wonderful. She took my number and said she would notify me once it was done and then I could come through. I ordered the Oxtail and Smoked Salmon slices. Both were so good. I will definitely be ordering again.

Homewood Pizza, a Black-owned gem in the heart of Homewood, delivered a delightful experience. All of our pizzas were delicious, with a crust that was different yet tasty. The thin crust was just right—not too much dough, which I appreciated. However, next time, I’ll be sure to ask for my pizza to be cooked a bit longer because I love a good crunch. Despite this, the experience was wonderful overall. I also loved the great customer service and the family-friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to support this local business!

It was me and my husband 1st day coming here there customer service is great. But what I was not happy about was we ordered a large pepperoni sausage and banana peppers on are pizza we didn’t get enough pepperoni or banana peppers and we didn’t receive our sausages for our pizza my husband said the sauce is sweet and he don’t like sweet sauce so it’s a no go for us and for 35 dollars we should’ve had enough meat on there. And if you order from here check your food before you leave out to make sure all your stuff is on your pizza

Had the chance to try out North Homewood Pizza. While our pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza was being prepared, I had a chance to speak with Keith behind the counter. He explained that they only use a foccia style crust that is never frozen. He explained that all of the meat toppings are pork free. They have beef, chicken, and lamb pepperoni and sausage. I must say the service as well as the pizza were excellent. I look forward to coming back, and urge you to give them a try.

Service was good. They were polite. Pizza was ok. But than again I only got a cheese and spinach slice of pizza. I didnt get much on it. I would recommend. Not bad.

I went to their soft opening and plan to go back again! I love the fact that everything is homemade right there. I truly hope they enjoy the success they deserve and the neighborhood keeps a great tradition going – a black owned pizza parlor.

I came for a soft opening and everything about NHP is incredible! The customer service on a busy day like this was amazing, the wall of neighborhood legends and the PIZZA itself exceeded my expectations. 100/10 and there’s no pork at all on the menu but a variety of other protein options which I love and appreciate so much. ☑️☑️☑️

The customer service was fantastic, and the pizza came out nice and hot pretty quickly..The only thing I would like to see different is the choice of cherry tomatoes..I think regular ones are better…but overall great atmosphere and great food
