Subway is a reliable meal of good food (LOVE the bread) and can be fairly healthy. You just have to know how to order. They also have protein bowls and salads that give fairly yummy gluten free options (mind you, good chance of unintentional cross contamination but that’s true for most restaurants).
This location in particular has great staff. The people who work there are so friendly and kind. And patient when I have my kid(s) with me. It’s nice to know the Subway closest to me is the best one to visit all around.

It’s a shame to give this place even one star. My coworker went out to get lunch for us today. I ordered a BLT add onions cheese and with mayo. What I got was a wrap with bacon cheese and onion. I called the store to ask for a refund or a replacement as I had assumed that a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato wrap would include those things. She told me no that it was impossible to replace or refund me because that was what I had ordered. After I asked to talk to a manager she said there wasn’t one there but she was basically one because she worked there a lot and then hung up on me. I called again and she said there was nothing that could be done and as I asked for the managers name she hung up on me again in mid sentence. I called again to no answer a couple more times and gave up. I don’t think that my assumption that a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich would have bacon lettuce and tomato on it is irrational and I don’t think that asking for my sandwich to be replaced or refunded is asking that much. I work in customer service and the goal is always to resolve situations like this by making it right with the customer. Im not a karen and I’m not a complainer but this whole experience has made me really angry. If this person is indeed some kind of management or shift lead they need some serious retraining. This store has definately lost a customer and if this is the way that this would be handled at any other subway than this company had lost a customer. I know it’s only $10 and it’s only a sandwich but it’s really a lot more than that. It isn’t that she COULDN’T help me it was that she WOULDN’T help me. Why would you not want your customers to be happy? Why would you not want your customers to come back? My day had been soured by this experience and my opinion of subway has really diminished. I will be sure to share my experience at this location with others and depending on how corporate decides to resolve this I will be sure to share my experience with the company overall.

Great service and great food! The app / rewards program has saved me quite a few bucks. Love my ‘go to healthy choice’ when on the run with my three kids. Our sandwiches can barely close from all the veggies we add. Thanks Subway for encouraging us to eat those veggies!

Really Subway? You are going to make combos and we are not aloud to substitute anything on the sandwich? What about making it our way? I ask for the same sandwich with a few substitutes and the cost skyrocketed. They wanted almost $20 for a footlong chips and a drink…. I’ll go to McDonald’s, see ya
Edit: Since my review, Subway has made some changes, I wanted to give them the credit and changed my review to 3 stars. Also, the employees at this location are very kind and provide excellent customer service.

This subway has been a mess for awhile. I believe Becky was the ladies name? Walked in after placing a to go order 25 mins in advance, I was still there 10 minutes after the projected time. The ladies making sandwiches were unknowingly talking down on peoples orders and one of them was mine lol then made fun of the order because of the coupon involved…also mine haha in the end the service was poor and my sandwich was subpar and still made incorrectly. Business as usual for this location.

It’s 2nd time happened. Always I ordered here but this time its high time. My both subs were not toasted and it was very bad lot of sause and it feels liks it was morning bread even begger will not eat this kind of thing. It was pathetic. They even don’t tell you that they don’t have fresh bread. It was veru gross and very bad…. I will never order here again. You should be out of business. Please don’t do such things with anyone.

I won’t even give this Subway a star at all. I used to love this place as the owner had ppl working there who made the neatest sandwiches and were so polite. I went there a few times lately and there’s a new young lady and young man who are just horrible that the young lady even had the audacity to curse at me because I told her she made my sandwich wrong. This wasn’t the first time so I finally decided to let her know and could not believe the reaction I was subjected to. Horrible, horrible people working THERE.

This place is on my way in to work. I usually order from the app and then pick up on my way to the office. Always great service and food. I’ll likely continue to stop here for at least my weekly dose of Italian BMT. A quick check of this location and I can tell you it was clean, staff practiced good food prep.

The people who work at this Subway are not friendly in the slightest way. Not a single greeting or smile. And they most often act as if customers are a hindrance for having them make a sandwich a certain way. It has been a completely unpleasant experience several times.
