I order from this location about 1x per month. Well my pizza had a weird sauce on it yesterday, I thought it was just grease however it did not taste right. I called to make a complaint and was simply told it was grease, and that they don’t have an orange sauce. No effort was made to right my order. No apologies nothing! Won’t order from this store ever again!

First time ordering from this Pizza Hut Springfield, Louisiana location. Last time we ordered from the Ponchatoula location. Same result from both locations. Ordered a large hand tossed veggie pizza. Crust is ok, but skimpy on size of pizza and amount of ingredients. Actual size is probably medium at best. $23.00 for this pizza is a shame. Better off offering from RaceTrac. Bigger pizza, better crust, and proper amount of ingredients. Very disappointing. This is the last time we order from Pizza Hut.

Horrible overall experience !
My pizzas were burnt beyond recognition and the store closed at 6 and I picked up my pizzas at 5:50 pm. Therefore I was told that I would have to wait until they opened again to get 2 more pizzas to replace those coals. Meanwhile it is Christmas eve and my family is waiting on pizza..
Victoria was rude and extremely condescending. This sorry excuse for a pizza hut is what pizza hut standards are about at all. I have a pizza hut at the university that I am executive chef of and responsible for, if pizzas left my store like that, someone would lose a job behind it.

I am a pizza lover and I do believe that Pizza Hut has the best of all time but the last two times I have order from them my order has been wrong! First time I was going to try a pepperoni melt and when I got home they had given me a chicken one!!! Well this time I ordered from them it was a small medium with pepperoni lovers and an order of boneless wings and cheese sticks!! I get home and open it up and there is NO PEPPERONI on the pizza and the cheese sticks have more cheese on the pizza than the pizza its self!!! Yall need to get it together!! I am very upset because if I pay for something that is what I am expecting to get!!!

Local resident and pizza hut fan. This location is generous with toppings, and the staff is very friendly. Their delivery range covers a lot of areas that other pizza restaurants don’t reach, so sometimes a delivery could take a little longer than the estimated time. Still gets a five star rating because their pizzas are terrific!

Called to order delivery and someone literally kept picking the phone up and hanging it right back up. Ordered Online agreeing to a 65 or so min waite, after getting my confirmation # of my $40.00 payment at 7pm.
My Pizza Was Never Delivered , Drove there right before 10pm on the dot when they are supposed to close and Business lights already off, not a soul in sight.

Order always accurate. young helpful adults who prepare, & either deliver or you can pick up your order at the counter. Hoping the group that works there now, stay there with opportunity to advance. Don’t forget to tip them, minimum wage don’t get you far nowadays! Thanks to Bryce for getting my order correct every time I speak to him! A big thanks to Pizza Hut for delivering hot, fresh pizza @ reasonable prices! Defintely better than frozen, cardboard pizza in the grocery store!
