Came here after hiking in Chino Hills and it was exactly what we needed. The spicy cheese galbi-jjim was tender and flavorful, with a rich sweet-spicy sauce and generous portions. The stir-fried octopus had great texture and wok flavor. We also loved the combo with cold noodles and spicy pork belly — refreshing and satisfying. Service was friendly, parking was easy, and the space was clean and comfortable. So glad we don’t have to drive all the way to LA for good Korean food anymore.

This weekend, I took my little dog to Chino for a walk. After seeing the cows, I randomly searched for a highly-rated Korean restaurant nearby. I never expected it to be so amazing; it’s even better than those in K-town! This place used to be a chain brand, and the one in Chino is a new store. It’s very popular among Koreans.
The white-cut meat was served and it was completely different from what I expected! It contained beef, tripe and tendons, and was paired with onions and bean sprouts. The plus point was the fragrant garlic, which, when combined with their sauce, was so delicious that I couldn’t get enough of it. The tendons were so tender and I loved it so much
The spicy pickled crabs are so deliciously seasoned. Who wouldn’t love a sweet and spicy seafood ice cream? Once served, it’s gone in no time, with people taking one bite after another. Even my friend who doesn’t like crabs had his first taste and couldn’t stop eating so much.
The spicy octopus rice bowl is really fragrant. The octopus is so chewy and bouncy, and it’s so delicious. I also ordered the combo of cream soup and grilled steak, which is very cost-effective. The cream soup goes perfectly with the sticky rice bowl. There’s even a recommendation on the napkin for how to enjoy the cream soup. The soup is so creamy and rich.
?? Here, you can also find the same style of Sunnongdan’s pork ribs stew, but at a more affordable price. There are two sizes to choose from, and even the smaller one is enough for two people. Once you take a bite, the meat just falls off the bone, tender and flavorful.
The staff are all very nice. It’s a place I’ll definitely come back to. The Korean food here really suits my taste and there are many side dishes. This is the most satisfying Korean meal I’ve had recently, without a doubt. Recently, many people have been coming to Chino Hiking to see the cows . You really should give it a try.

Just discovered this gem in Chino Hills! I got the Gungjoong Galbi Jjim (large portion) and it was flavorful but not too heavy. They also have a small portion for $28.99, which is perfect for two and very affordable. The lunch Combo C with Seolleongtang + Bulgogi was great—the pan-seared meat patties were super tasty, and the portions are huge. The Bulgogi Hot Pot was massive, with more meat than rice—perfect if you’re hungry! Everything tastes homey and healthy, not overly sweet. The place is clean, spacious, and a true hidden gem in Chino Hills. Highly recommend!

Tried this restaurant with couple friends for lunch and it was perfect. Oxtail mixed with suyuk is a must order dish. The portion is really big and it served 4-5 ppl. We also order the beef ribs and they were really good and not pricey at all. The restaurant is new and it’s really clean. The servers were friendly and tried to go not at peak hours.

Ordered the spicy braised beef ribs — super tender, flavorful, and loaded with rice cakes, pumpkin, and cheese. Great value for the price, especially compared to Sunnongdan.

The grilled beef patty was juicy with a nice char and a slightly sweet sauce. Loved the spicy octopus rice bowl — chewy octopus, rich sauce, and very addictive.

Plenty of banchan to balance the meal. Service was friendly and attentive with frequent check-ins and refills. Would definitely come back!

Visited Seoul Haus in Chino Hills on a weekday and still waited about 20 minutes, totally worth it though, as everything from the tender, sweet-spicy cheese galbi stew to the crispy pork cutlet and flavorful ox bone soup tasted just as authentic as K-Town, definitely recommend it to anyone who loves korean food

Loved the taste of my hot pot octopus rice and the spicy ribs

What I didn’t like is the portion for the spicy beef rib, $28 for medium size, for 4 piece spicy ribs, with bite size meat on bones, bones look good but it’s not edible. Flavor is one of the best I’ve tasted, value not getting to my par

UPDATE
Based on rib prices from Costco, I’d say it’s pretty reasonable here, thus raising to full stars

Some meals just feed you. This one transports you.

The first time I came here was on Christmas Eve, and from the very first bite, I knew this place was something special. Every dish is crafted with the kind of care and attention you would expect from a homemade meal, like something straight out of a Ratatouille moment… pure comfort, even if you did not grow up eating Korean food.

The meat quality is unreal. Every cut is rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Even the banchan, side dishes that most places treat as an afterthought, are made with such care that they could be a meal on their own. Nothing here is rushed. Every bite feels intentional.

The staff makes the experience even better. They are warm, welcoming, and if you come back often, they will remember you. Even on your first visit, they make you feel like you belong.

Whether you love Korean food or are trying it for the first time, this place will not disappoint. Order anything. Better yet, order everything. It will be one of the best meals you have had in a long time.

Was craving soup and I brought my parents on a Saturday around 1pm while it was raining. Sullungtang and rain is just an amazing combo!!

We got the garlic tofu bites, a doganitang, and a sullungtang. My parents really liked the doganitang and said there were lots of big chunks of tendon in the soup. They also really loved the kimchi, and seaweed side dishes.

Staff seated us immediately as we came inside. There was no wait. They came to take our orders promptly as well. Always checked in with us to see if we needed anything too.

Inside of the restaurant is very nice and they play KPop music. Seems to only seat around 12 tables (?) if I remember correctly.
