I ordered pizza for my 4 year old son and I, upon picking up pizza my son became irritable and when I brought him in the manager “Nick” gave him a coloring book and crayons and a pencil trying to help. My son was not appreciative at first but when we got home. He was very grateful for the wonderful pizza and the crayons and activity book he was given. Thank you “Nick”

The first time we got this pizza it was delivered. We asked for a pepperoni bacon & onion pizza but were given a pepperoni sausage & onion. They sent us a feedback section with the delivery email and we informed them of the mistake. The GM was very quick to make this right and we came in and got our very delicious & correct pizza a couple days later. Thank you for the exceptional customer service throughout the process!

I ordered a Philly steak and cheese from the Waveland store. The delivery time was almost an hour! The meat taste like it had been soaking in the grease bin. I called and spoke to the manager and he hung up on me and they wouldn’t answer after several more attempts. So I called the corporate office and left my complaint and the lady said they’ll be in touch within four working days. What pile of BS in my book! One would think that their company would has a person on duty to solve such matters! Needless to say, I won’t order their food ver again!

Wanted a small thin crust pizza but found you could only get it in large. Very disappointed with this. Did order two large. One was meat lovers pizza and other was special toppings. They were ok but have better. First time trying them. Not sure if we will go back as there are still other places to try.
Like their thin crust pizza the best of the surrounding area. Call in order and pick up has a reduced price. Leftovers are great in airfry oven.

So I don’t normally do complain but tonight I have to. Got a “the meats pizza” and bacon cheesy bread.
I will start with, I love Papa John’s. Not sure what yall have changed but my large pizza was not good tonight and the cheesy bread was uneatable. Dough was so tough you could not chew it. My wife actually threw her in the trash. No flavor at all. Call the location and was passed off like it was no big deal. Sorry but there are other places that will deliver better food and care if they lose a customer. Going to miss you but good bye Papa! I’m sure you will survive without my $30 orders.
My delivery guy was great! Maybe he should run the restaurant!

If I could give them a zero I would!!! I ordered on tonight which is Sunday. Don’t order on this night. I placed an order for the special two large two toppings for $22.00. One pizza was Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and ground beef. The pizza was CHEESE pizza with mushrooms. No meat hardly! So I called back and spoke with a man who REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME! He told me he could not help me solve the problem, so I said if you can’t fix it your going to lose me as a customer, his reply was oh well then you have a good night and hung up. I called back and asked his name he said Papa John is my name, I said no your name again he refused to tell me his name, but then says he will refund my card. I said oh now you’re willing to fix it? He said I refunded you good night and hung on me again. I called back and said I still need your name and he hung up in my face once again. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE IN THE BAY EVER AGAIN. I’m also going to warn my family and friends! The Bay is small, you would not want to make enemies with the people who make sure you get paid. This man was very unprofessional and lacked in customer skills. No company that is for the people should operate in this manner. I will investigate this further tomorrow Monday morning when corporate is open.

While vacationing and finally getting off the road for the night. I found this spot quiet, in a location close by the hotel that I rented for the night. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was hot, fast and delicious. I was there for take – out and the pizza was brought out to my car. The service was courteous and quick. Definitely will go back as I visit often this city often.

Papa johns is my favorite pizza chain out of all of them but this one location can not get organized well enough for me to enjoy it in my hometown. When they first opened it was hour long waits, app problems so you’d have to call in, for there phones to not work so you’d have to go in. To then be told they are out of only cheese pizza. I stayed away for a few months after that to let them get established since they were so new and the next time I ordered from them they gave away my food to someone else. So I had to stand there and wait for it to be remade. The third time I got it again the pizza looked bare. The fourth time I got it the garlic knots were once again given away to another person and I had to stand there while they remade my food again. This time it wasn’t a long wait and I got my garlic knots fast. But when she handed it to me the lid didn’t close which I thought was odd but figured they through in a few extra for my wait. When I got home they were HUGE garlic knots with raw dough in the middle. They tried to cook it to fast at a high temp. I called and the manager seemed to question if I was telling the truth. She issued the credit back to me so I could use it on another purchase later on. I wanted pizza the very next day so wanted to use the credit I was issued towards another pizza and they said it was impossible that I had to get the garlic knots again. Which is bad customer service bc if you made me raw food I’m not exactly gonna want that same thing the very next day. So I went up there to get my money back for the garlic knots and decided it’s the last time I’ll be ordering from this papa johns for a while until management is better. Not to mention they charge here for seasonings when every other papa johns it’s complimentary with the pizza.
