Do not pass up on Maria’s Taqueria. The tacos are phenomenal. My husband and I were on the road from south bend to Indy and we were craving some tacos. This HIT THE SPOT. We tried the chicken, steak, chorizo, and steak/chorizo tacos. My favorite was the steak/chorizo. It was all fresh and hot when we picked it up. The cilantro and onions were finely diced and perfect. Each taco had a lot of meat. They were served with lime wedges and came with salsa verde and spicy salsa. We also ordered the chips and guacamole. Again, everything was so fresh. The guac had tomatoes, onions, and fresh cilantro. We also tried their tres leches cake and churro cheesecake. Both desserts were the perfect ending to the taco feast we indulged in. Seriously, everything was great. Wish we lived closer to make this a regular destination!

do you know the place where you can walk meet friendly and happy people and use a translation app and tell them you want authentic Mexican cuisine and you’ll eat whatever they make for you and they deliver every single time I go in The passion and love that goes into the food that they make is incredible The whole experience is unbelievable they really know what they’re doing here

We had a craving for some authentic mexican food and gave this place a try. Food was very good, staff was real friendly and food is reasonably priced. Loved my steak torta and the chips and salsa was some of the best I had. Will definitely stop here again.

Incredible taqueria! When we came in to order takeout one of the employees stopped eating his lunch to take our order instead of having us wait in line. Even though they were busy the food was done super fast! Can’t recommend Maria’s enough!! 🙂

We are here visiting my boyfriend’s family and we decided to stop here for some tacos. This place is awesome! We got great tacos and amazing corn. The overall experience was super good. They had Spanish and English speaking workers and a translated menu making it super easy to navigate the menu and ask questions. Would definitely recommend if you’re interested in some authentic Mexican food. We took a gander through the James grocery right beside Maria’s and I would recommend doing the same. We got so much good authentic Mexican food and bread treats!!

…….. Its so good. Don’t even live around here but I had to review. Everything we had was delicious, the salsa’s at the table were banging, and the flan was perfect. Definitely will be back.

I placed an order to go, my bf got tacos de pastor and I got the Gordita combo. Im picky when it comes to my food and I feel that this place is the best I’ve tried in a longggg time!! Definitely our new go to spot!
