While on a quick work trip with my wife, she was busy with her group, I chose 7593 Chophouse for my meal and was NOT disappointed! Superb service from Tiffany the Concierge who text me while upstairs at Eleven enjoying the view, to all of the wait staff that made the meal incredible. Enjoyed the Rib-Eye, Lobster Mac, and an amazing pair of Smoked Old Fashions.

Our dinner on the peaceful night was only reserved about two days in advance. Their reservation was very friendly. When I informed them that I would be late, I called them to explain the delay. They were willing to keep the reservation for us. Thank you very much for their understanding. Otherwise, as tourists, we would probably not be able to have dinner here. Back to the main topic, this place is fine for a regular dinner. We each ordered grilled rib steak, grilled chicken, steak, and grilled pork chops. The grilled rib steak was very delicious .

We started with the oysters, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. The crab cake appetizer was one of the best I’ve had—packed with crab meat and full of flavor. For the main course, the salmon was perfectly cooked and absolutely yummy, and the steak was tender, juicy, and full of taste.
Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. From start to finish, it was a fantastic meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great night out with top-quality food and service!

Staff were super friendly and professional.
The steak and pasta were on par with NYC steakhouses, although the filet mignon could be more tender and aged more (for flavor). Appetizers and side dishes were huge and great for sharing.
The atmosphere is intimate yet spacious. Part of the restaurant could use dinner lighting (too bright).
Definitely would visit again when in town.

One of my top favorite restaurants! I ordered the short rib, and it was better than anywhere else! The lobster Mac n cheese was perfect, creamed spinach was delicious, all the sides were perfectly prepared, espresso martini was the perfect dessert! Our server was top notch! Great experience!

Our dining experience at 7953 Chophouse was absolutely outstanding. We started with the beef tartare, onion soup, and Caesar salad. The tartare initially came out a bit too salty, but the staff was incredibly attentive and quickly adjusted it to perfection. We were a party of 12 in for magical dining. Service was outstanding! Our drink orders were taken almost as soon as we were seated. Appetizer, main & dessert courses were perfectly spaced & all food for our party was brought together! We were checked on often. Never wanted for a cocktail. Food was wonderful! Had an amazing Birthday dinner for my Mom. Food was excellent! Everything was so good but THE CRAB CAKE! 10/10. From making the reservation with Tiffany all the way to the end of the night was all a great experience. Shout outs to the cooks: Chef John and Omar everything we ordered was Our servers Raquel, Brando and Jovana were extremely attentive and made sure we had a great time. Raquel went above and beyond to make sure that our night was smooth and enjoyable. She reviewed the menu, anticipated our needs and made sure my Mom felt extra special. My Mom is so happy and she enjoyed her day. Very intimate and private experience, if you are thinking about going….just do it…worth every dollar! Amazing restaurant located at the Reunion Resort near Disney, wife and I got to try it for Magical Dining and did not disappoint. Menu was very well balanced with amazing entrees and delicious appetizers and deserts. Great selection of cocktails and wine! Highly recommend visiting this spot!
