Whoever runs this establishment needs to check their cameras and fire the employee that was cursing me out today. I went through the drive-through and realized that they had only given me eight chicken nuggets instead of 10. When I went in and asked for the other two nuggets, I was told by an employee that I had received the wrong order and they needed the other bag. I went out to my car again, grabbed the bag and dropped it on the counter. One of the employees then proceeded to come up and start cursing at me and threatening to throw the food back at me.

So they say this new generation just don’t understand money. The lady was offer and still dumb founded. I placed a order and I had a few DOLLAR COINS, she first said they are half dollars. I didn’t say anything and let her figure that out. But then she tells me they can’t take them. Soooo……. since when does a business stop taking money? It’s not even the younger generation anymore. It’s so sad and pathetic these days. Smh, it’s alright though. I took my Money across the street. Chick-fil-A actually was cheaper AND the young girl didn’t turn down business!!

Ordered food through the drive thru, paid for order went to get order waited close to 20 minutes, and when they finally handed me my order ( 35.00 worth of items)
3/4 of my order was missing.
Should have checked all bags before pulling away and headed back towards where we live .
Not happy and it isn’t the first time at the exact same location. Did that . Other times I checked before leaving the establishment. Should have known better. But you would think waiting that long for your order and you were the only vehicle on the drive through at 10:59 am that there would not have been a issue. Live and learn. Plus what ever we did get from our order was ice cold .

The employees at this store are extremely rude! My husband went through the drive thru to order 2 salads and on one salad he asked for a specific amount of extra salad dressings (we knew we would have to pay for them which was no problem) the woman taking the order put the wrong amount of salad dressings but she did not give my husband the chance to let her know she put the wrong amount nor did she confirm with him that his order on the screen was correct before brashly telling him to pull forward. So when he pulled forward to the window he politely let her know she put the wrong amount of salad dresssings to which she rudely replied that she’s the one that took his order so she knew how many he wanted, yet she still did not change the amount on the order. So needless to say when he pulled up to get the order he was given the wrong amount of dressings. So then he went into the store to get the rest of the dressings and he informed the manager that the woman at the drive thru was being rude to him, but the manager just replied saying “she’s pregnant and it’s hot what do you expect?” Umm, she works customer service at a restaraunt so I expect her to be polite to the customer! Just because it’s hot outside and she’s pregnant does NOT give her the right to be rude to a paying customers. Then he brought up how the past 4 times we’ve gotten food there that the orders were wrong and he had to go inside to get them fixed multiple times, to which this “lovely” manager replied with “we’ll you can’t expect us to get it right all the time” Wow, really? You’re a restaraunt..I pay you for my food..so YES, I DO expect you to get my food order right that I PAY for. Who talks to their customers that way? Especially a manager! I can’t believe the nerve and audacity of this MANAGER and the woman working the drive thru . This is not the first time we have encountered rude employees at this Wendys. It genuinely feels like no one there cares and they would rather get rude with you and make b/s excuses (like the weather being hot – hello its summer time in Georgia! Or the employee is pregnant – well, i didnt knock her up and tell her to work fast food) rather than own up to their mistakes and fixing them. If you want to go to a fast food restaraunt and get actual GOOD customer service, get the CORRECT food YOU PAID FOR or be treated with courtesy, kindess and respect then I would NOT recommend going to this Wendys!

Absolutely horrible experience every time! Either they are out of everything, screw up your order, or leave something out. The one thing you can count on without fail is the worst customer service you’ve ever experienced! And the fact that it has been going on for months just shows the problem is extremely poor leadership.

Staff was very friendly! Fast service. And the food was hot and freshly cooked. Pretty good value with the biggie bag, and we tried the new frosty sundae. Would definitely come here again.
