The best Vietnamese sandwich in town!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The Vietnamese sandwich here is absolutely delicious — packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and made with so much care. Ever since I found this spot, I won’t go anywhere else for my banh mi!

This is definitely a grab and go spot but I think this was the best Banh Mi sandwich I’ve ever had. The sauce is sooo good and the meat is so tender. I hate when they skimp out on the veggies but she definitely did not! I see some people complaining about the service with men that work there but the lady that helped me was very nice. I been thinking about this sandwich all day and can’t wait to go back for another.

Food is okay but the guy who takes your order is unfriendly and needs customer service training. He stares at his laptop the entire time you’re ordering and never makes eye contact. Ordered eggrolls one time, they tasted fine but presentation was sloppy. If I ever served eggrolls like that, it would be a disgrace.

I went to this mall seeking an electronics shop. I’ve never been to an Asian market like this and was amazed by the scents in the air from all of the restaurants. In the middle of all this, I saw this little hole in the wall. I went in, placed my order, was told it would take about 10 min, and waited and watched it being made. No frills genuine Banh Mi is what I ordered and that’s what I got. It was the best tasting Banh Mi I have had in ages. The bread was lightly toasted so it was crunchy yet chewy at the same time. Pork was perfectly seasoned with the right amount of nuoc mam. I thought the veggies were laid on a little heavy at first but it all came together when i ate it. I live in Fremont and this place is 16 miles away but I’d go back just for this. The friendliness of the owner was such that you’d think I was family she had not seen in a while. I was going to photograph the sandwich but once I took a bite, the phone took a back seat. Thanks again…I’ll be back.

The sandwich is decent, but it’s not exceptional. However, the service from the young man at the counter is appalling. I’ve visited this place three times, and the first two times, I had a pleasant and friendly interaction with the lady at the counter. But the other two times, I was served by the young man who took my order. He stared intently at his laptop or iPad the entire time, displaying a dry and unfriendly demeanor. I’m not certain if this is the owner’s son, but I’ve also read similar negative reviews about his customer service, yet he continues to work there. I suppose they’d rather lose customers than have someone with such unwelcome and unpleasant behavior working the register.

This place is DELICIOUS. I flew in from out of town and immediately needed something filling and tasty, Tren (sp) hooked it up. The grilled chicken Banh Mi was fresh and filling and one of the best I’ve ever had. The customer service was phenomenal and I can’t wait to come back!!!

My grilled pork sandwich was pretty good! I thought it was a little heavy on the oil- my bread got pretty soggy. But the pork was tender and flavorful, and there were plenty of veggies. Yummy!

Disappointing experience, mainly because of the customer service. The guy at the register sat there staring at his laptop while taking our order, barely acknowledged us, and showed zero effort or willingness to serve. The attitude was cold and unwelcoming, which made us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers. This is not the kind of customer service anyone deserves, especially in a place that relies on hospitality. I won’t be coming back unless this changes. Seeing many past reviews mention the same issue, it’s clear this has been happening for months with no action taken by the business owner. That’s concerning. If a problem this basic customer service at the register goes ignored for so long, it doesn’t reflect well on the future of the business. For a first-time customer like me, this experience was enough to make sure I won’t be coming back
