This place is horribly depressing. There are apartments all around this bar and it feels like the customers are all residents of those apartments.
The layout of the place is terrible. There are arcade machines too close to the entrance which makes getting in and out of the place a chore if they are being used.
The bar is elevated, so if you want a drink you have to squeeze into a small space to get to the bar.
I have had 2 bad experiences here and will not be returning.

This looked like a nice place. We came in from the restaurant next door it 10 min. For a bartender to even appear, then when she did she was the rudest person I have ever felt with in customer service. Then calling and talking to the manager she was like I’ve never had that problem before with that bartender.

The drinks where very great! The only issue was the waitresses.. We had some people in our group who acted inappropriately during our stay, and the waitress called them both out for it. The thing is, the waitress then treated everyone in the party as if we had also acted out. It was uncalled for!
The atmosphere is very judgemental towards anyone younger than 45 so, maybe not the best place to hang with the girls.
Also, my friend booked a table in advance and later kicked them out, on their birthday too.??

I always paid my tab for years… I don’t not care who you are …you don’t talk to customers in a rude way ….… Jackie always have been rude to for years and accused me of not paying well go look at the camera and see I paid with cash … things need to change just bc you work a double just not give you a right to talk to someone

Very rude bartender/waitress. I haven’t really experienced that before at crocs but today it really made things awkward. I talked to some locals at the bar and they said the server was always like this. No thanks, plenty of other places to go
