For the price that was paid, there is no reason the bowl portion should look EMPTY. I picked around the bowl and it was a whooping 5 pieces of wilted lettuce, a dash of quinoa and a pinch of breadcrumbs. The so called “steak” bowl did not even include a full portion of steak. I have been to many sweetgreens and the portions have never looked this meager. If this is how they plan on moving forward, prices should reflect the low quality, small portions that we are receiving. Unacceptable. And VERY disappointing.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Sweetgreen. The first time I found a bug in my bowl, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, during a large company order, it happened again, another bug in one of the bowls. At that point, it was unacceptable. We ended up having to throw out most of the order out of concern, which was incredibly frustrating and wasteful.
I’ve always appreciated Sweetgreen for their fresh ingredients, but this situation has made me lose confidence in their quality control. I truly hope they take this seriously and improve their food safety standards, because this should never happen, especially not twice.

I visited Sweet Green after some shopping in the area for a fresh option as opposed to more of the same options. The ingredients are fresh and simple. I opted for the Caramelized Garlic Steak Bowl. The establishment is nice and I like the compostable plating and utensils they use. My one drawback were the dirty tables. However; once mentioned. Someone did come out to sanitize them.

Truly tasty and healthy with a huge selection of veggies and protein options. Dressings for every palate, from spicy to sweet. I got the shroomi? straight off the menu board and it was fantastic but you can build your own. Prepared quickly but they don’t rush people who are unsure of the offerings. My salad came with a slice of fresh bread.

After a not so great experience with my last order, the location District Manager, Chris, reached out to me personally to apologize and ask to make it up to our team by providing lunch on them. I gave them a time and a date and they completely fulfilled my order as promised. Thank you to the team for making it right, our group appreciates it!

Ok! If this was my first time at SweetGreen, it would have been my last. Can you tell me why I am paying almost $20 for a salad and get a child’s serving size?
In addition, to quality I need value for my money. Also, if I had read the reviews for the Raleigh SweetGreen, I would have skipped it and driven to Chapel Hill Location, where the staff is friendly and you get value for your money. Just something to consider:
Side note: I think one specific staff at SweetGreen Raleigh rationing food like we are in a third world country. I am just saying.

Terrible job at delivery orders. Ordered delivery twice always missing some ingredient. This time the shroomami bowl is missing the mushrooms and I paid for extra portion. Nothing!!! Can’t believe it. Horrible!

Delicious, refreshing, and kind. I got the autumn harvest bowl and the chicken avocado ranch bowl for my husband on a whim because the chick fil a next door was closed on a Sunday and am so glad I did!
The ambiance is an airy chipotle vibe, having modest seating, an open view to where they prep the food and serve it. They have both refreshing and savory salads/bowls and you can make your own.
The staff who helped me were very patient and considerate, being sure to let me know what they were out of before starting, asking if I was okay with the almonds in case I had an allergy, giving me options on amount of dressing, and even offering to mix the salad for me. Overall, I wish I had signed up for the rewards sooner and I hope to see more of these pop up!

Ordered takeout for my wife’s birthday. They butcher her order, completely forgetting the steak. Tried to call to get a refund, HA! NOPE. Their phone system just throws you in a loop forcing you to go back to their website for “customer support”. My food was undercooked with chunks of what were supposed to be roasted sweet potatoes. They were crunchy.
