Fast and EXTREMELY friendly staff.
The owner of the store was there while my family and I were having lunch.
The owner was walking around going to each table individually making sure everybody was having a good dining experience.
It was a very great experience. And again, the staff was wonderful.

I came in on the road to visit my mother in TN … they say that breakfast is served until 1030. Apparently not at this location. Accounting for no error on their part, due to the long line and waiting in it I missed the window by 1 minute. I eat an order from your locations once or twice a week, but I think this may be my last meal with you guys. Good service doesn’t mean anything without thoughtful execution of your policies.

When we arrived, we considered leaving because the restaurant was so busy, but it was our last chance to get Chick-fil-a on our trip home. We were pleasantly surprised that the line moved very quickly, and we were ordering our meal about five minutes after arriving. Our food was ready quickly, as well. The staff was friendly and clearly took pride in their jobs. The kids play area was soundproof, clean, and had it’s own air conditioning, making it a very comfortable place to play. We’re glad we stayed!

Just started going to this location at EKU because Lantern Ridge location has been closed for remodeling since June 1st, 2023. Have been driving up to Hamburg location in Lexington since the EKU location was closed during summer break but EKU reopened this past week and this CFA location is now open. Staff are nice and work very hard as there are usually a lot of customers in line. If you go alone you might have to pay for parking if you dont attend EKU. If you go with someone else one person can go in to pick up food while other sits in car or rides around while waiting.

Referring to the EKU campus CFA, as some of the reviews gets mixed. Staff are polite enough, but not as friendly as you’re used to at a normal chickfila, but they are usually super busy at nights. Quality really ranges a lot here. Sometimes you’ll get a good meal, other times the chicken is a bit tough and dry with undercooked fries.

I hated this place. They are so slow! I wait in line forever for food. After I waited they tell me that I have to wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and strips. So I leave unsatisfied every time I go and I never got what I wanted. This place sucks because this happens every time I come here!
