There’s a difference in the quality of food compared to other locations. They rush you over the intercom, and they are extremely rude, and there’s lots of attitudes floating in the building. It’s fast food and it’s a job I get it might not be your ideal job but you chose it. So if you don’t like your job then go to work find another job. People don’t ask for your attitude so leave it at the door.

The manager, she has long thick eyelashes she can’t see what she’s doing. She has a nasty attitude and if she doesn’t like her job, she needs to get a new one. This was on Saturday October 18, 2025 around two something I got my money back. I just think y’all need people who are gonna really work and treat the customers right if you don’t want your job you should quit or find something else. I need new dress codes and new face codes because people don’t need to go to work with thick long eyelashes and they can’t see what they’re doing! Some of the staff are professional, some are unprofessional and that manager with the long thick eyelashes that can’t see while making order was unprofessional. I handed her the food and next the drink and she said with a nasty attitude I don’t want that instead of saying I’m sorry ma’am because of……,We cannot take any drinks back. I would’ve been all right, but nope that’s not what she did.

So we’re visiting from Illinois and majority of our party wanted Popeyes. We pulled up on this location at 10:03PM to order and unfortunately they only have four chicken left. That’s it, no explanation or anything! Obviously I had to ask if they’re making more since isn’t this location closes at 11PM?! We would’ve been gladly to wait for fresh chicken but unfortunately it seems like the staff didn’t want to do anymore work. We just left very disappointed and drove to McDonald’s. I didn’t know people in Michigan are so lazy. Next time put your hours “depends how much chicken we have left; that’s our closing time” ridiculous if you ask me.
