I placed a deliver order through the app. Waiting over an hour with no deliver or notification of what was going on. Had to leave work to go over and see what was going on. They told me they use a third party company. If delivers can’t be guaranteed then it needs to be taken off as an option. So paid for a delivery to only pick up myself. There was no effort to reimburse the delivery or make a fresh sandwich since it had been sitting there for as long as it was.

For the third time going and they screwed up order once again. How difficult is it to toast when requested not to mention when u say no on certain add-ons and they still put them on…you do realize people have food allergies

It’s unfortunate that this particular location does not understand or care about allergies or Celiac disease. We recently visited the new Dublin VA location. I informed the cashier as well as those making my unwich that I have Celiac and cannot process gluten. I was told by the person in charge that they can’t do anything about preparing my food differently to prevent cross contamination. Hmmm. Strange that I can go to the 2 other locations in the area and the employees bend over backwards taking care of my order by changing gloves, cleaning up and letting me know they will give me mayo packets instead of using the mayo from the shared container so there is no cross contamination. Today at the Radford VA location, as soon I place my order for an unwich, the cashier asked if I had an allergy. That is how GOOD customer service should be. Maybe the Dublin VA employees need to be better educated on serving customer needs.

Ordered the #8 the Bootlegger! First the service person put tomatoes on our sandwiches, then took them off because we had ordered without, she just threw them back into the container.
After getting my sandwich home, I couldn’t eat the bread due to being very old, hard and you could see, feel the bread to tell you it wasn’t fresh from today’s batch.
First and last time there for that location! Very disappointed!

This Jimmy John’s lacks the “freaky fast” quality that I appreciate at other locations. Definitely not worth stopping at on your road trip.
