I ordered a BBQ wing dinner. Got home and there was no BBQ sauce on my wings or fries. Wings tasted like they were cooked in old grease and fries were stale as I f they had been dropped a second time in the fryer. It’s sad that these restaurants don’t take pride in the food that they serve. At this point if you want good food you have to stay home and cook for yourself because restaurants just don’t care anymore.

I traveled from Garfield Heights to 185th to Hollands barbecue because someone told me their food was delicious. I bought a rib dinner and wing dinner. The ribs was stringy and burnt all I could do was chew the ribs and spit it out they were so hard I couldn’t swallow. The whole wings were tiny almost as small as a wing ding. I’m sorry I wasted my money it was my first time going there and it’s my last. It’s sad how these restaurants take your money and don’t care about the quality of food they serve their customers.

I called to place an order for my husband and I before leaving work. I called at 7:35pm to be exact and was told 40mins and she will call me. We arrived at 8:30pm and sat in the car until 8:45pm, my husband went inside to check the status. The lady told him it’s not ready yet and she will call. It’s was 10:15pm at this point no call no nothing! My husband went back in there and the lady said another 15 mins. ABSOLUTELY NOT! He said nope and we left. Don’t have to worry about us anymore! Mind you there was people that came after ordered and got food before us! NEVER AGAIN

Was told it was a 30 minute wait for a long bone rib dinner and they had no other sides available listed on their menu, only fries and slaw. They’re supposed to call your phone when your order is ready but after 30 minutes I just went back in and got my order because it was busy. Slaw was good, fries were hard and greasy, and the ribs were lukewarm, skimpy, overcooked, fatty, tasted old and barely had any sauce on them. I was told the dinners came with 5 bones but was only given 4. The young lady taking orders was friendly but sure seemed to need some help. Was fooled by how good it smelled but the taste didn’t match. Waste of $14 and this place needs a deep cleaning.

Normally, their food is really good. There is no way as a business owner this is an acceptable standard to sell ribs that were completely burnt on one side! It would have been better to scrap them than to box them burnt side down and sell then at full price. Truly disappointed.

I sent my son’s to get dinner because I picked up a shift. They walked there waited over an hour and the worker told them she would call when good was ready so they went home. She called told them to come and they then had to wait over another hour. Ain’t no freaking way. I will never give yall another dime. Then my son said the ribs was skinny and he was still hungry. Horribleservice, you will never get another dime from us.
