Ice cream is delicious but I will not go back. Customer service can make it or break it for me. The place was empty and when my husband and I walked in, the employee, which was sitting doing nothing, became very bothered. We did not even get a hello. She really made us feel uncomfortable.

Gourmet ice cream so Delious! But the A/C of this branch requires maintenance ( Hygiene and satination) smells like mold. I had to eat out! Incredible!

We used Fannie Lou’s for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend and they were fantastic!!! Super nice, went out of his way to work with us and their ice cream was delicious!!!! Definitely recommend them for all your ice cream needs

Delicious! Andy’s Ice Cream is cookie butter flavored! But all of their ice creams are delicious and service is friendly. My daughter has already said she wants a birthday cake from here. They also have excellent coffee options.

Amazing ice cream! They have unique flavors that they make themselves. I sampled their Lucuma, almond topped with toasted almonds, marshmallow topped with roasted marshmallows, Andy’s ice cream which is Biscoff-flavored and has a generous amount of crushed Biscoff mixed in, and more. My favorite was the Andy’s because of the Biscoff. We also got a bag of their shortbread cookies called polverones. These remind me of the shortbread cookies my mom makes-amazing! This place is clean, bright and has unique and top notch ice creams and cookies. Check them out!

We are new to the area and we were looking for some good ice cream to satisfy our sweet tooth and found this little gem. When we walked in it was clean and smells clean. I had two scoops coconut and pistachio. I loved the coconut! Pistachio, is normally my favorite but I didn’t care for it. My husband had the Nutella Chocolate Chip, excellent!

What a wonderful treat on a hot day! We came with our church youth after a hot day of mission work. The ice cream was fabulous and the service was great. Two ladies in there were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
