Disgusting & unprofessional experience
I came back because my order was wrong, and instead of replacing it properly, the employee took food out of my plate with his hands and gave it back to me. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. When I went back again, they were rude, though they eventually refunded me. This is completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any restaurant. You can see in the picture where my fries are missing from
The side and the top!! I did not touch them this how they gave it to me. DISGUSTING And the man in the picture is the one who took my fries out with his hands and gave it back to me.
I will never eat here again, and I’m reporting this to the health department!!

Amazing food with lots of flavor, one of my favorite places to eat very beautiful and clean, I love sushi and bubble teas and theirs never disappoint always satisfying and tasty they are really nice and great customer service.

Amazing seafood and sushi restaurant! Nice dinning environment, ordered shrimp seafood broil and varieties of sushi rolls. The food was so delicious. Boba drinks were also available recently, Taro Boba milk tea was amazing! Highly recommend this fusion restaurant!!

Ichiban Sushi is a new big hit here in the Far Rockaways. They make some good sushi and enjoyable bubble tea. The only thing is that when it gets busy, you’ll be waiting for a good 30+ minutes. Overall, I would still try them out.

Great local Cajun food, Great for a cheat day if you live a healthy lifestyle. The butter sauce and seasonings are not too salty but their “spicy seasoning” needs more kick. The fried food is not excessively greasy.

The food was entirely too salty, salty water in the seafood boil. It didn’t have no substance to it just watery salty didn’t enjoy this at all. And when I called to let them know, they said next-time call and let the chef know not too much salt. Like whatttt!!!! lol

The food and everything was amazing and the staff were great. However, I saw a roach on the counter and the cashier was acting really casual about that – as if that’s something that happens frequently. That was disgusting. Check your food if you dare to go there.

Delicious and affordable! The staff were very polite. Their takoyaki balls were great! I didn’t like the chicken teriyaki because it was bland. The spicy tuna roll wasn’t spicy at all. Otherwise, great food and boba.(The taro is my favorite) I will be a regular customer here!
