My go-to coffee shop in Kenosha. The staff are welcoming & kind. Every drink I’ve ordered was thoughtfully & consistently made—they have the best matcha in town. Very open environment with lots of seating, plants, & flyers for local businesses/events going on in the area. And the cherry on top- they have an all vegan/gluten-free bakery case! Highly recommend 🙂

Genuinely the best coffee shop in the area. This place has it all – a wide, seasonal selection of teas, delicious baked goods and, of course, coffee. I love their coffee so much. Not only is their coffee exceptional, so are their baristas. This place features very lovely staff, kind customers and a genuine coffee shop vibe that everyone in the southeast WI area should try. Eastview is more than worth the visit; if you want a REALLY GOOD cup of coffee or REALLY GOOD coffee cake, please stop in. And they have a public pantry and a community room for crafts and community engagement!! If you’re new to the area this is a calm, low-pressure enviroment to get your feet wet in the community. Seriously this place is incredible and adorable, I cannot recommend Eastview enough❣️Don’t forget to join their loyalty program and bring your own togo mug to reduce waste!!

East View Coffee in downtown Kenosha seriously upgraded my entire coffee personality. I took the espresso class and it was worth every penny. Christina was an amazing host and teacher — part coffee genius, part hype woman — and I learned so much (turns out I’ve been personally offending my espresso machine for years). My home coffee game is about to be next level… and can we talk about the orange cardamom syrup?! Absolutely to die for. If you’re even thinking about taking the class, just do it.

East View is the best coffee shop around! With the fresh beans roasted in house and the quality ingredients that they use, their coffee and other drinks are top notch. My favorites are the cold brew with house made vanilla, miso caramel latte, and the harbor fog. I also love buying their beans to use at home. They do reasonable priced flights as well, which makes trying new things with a friend extra fun!
The atmosphere is excellent for reading a book, getting work done, or meeting up with friends.
The staff is very friendly and, as a business, they make an effort to be involved in and give back to the community.
When you go, bring a reusable cup with you and grab a punch card to work towards a free drink!

Tried this place for the first time. Amazing location and atmosphere. The staff was not chatty but was cordial. They had some interesting seasonal drinks. We tried 2 of them and enjoyed them. The caramel miso latte is a warm, subtle delight. The cherry espresso soda has a warm flavor. It is served over ice and delicious.
The location is very spacious. They have a small meeting room and can accommodate larger groups of people.
Here is what I would consider the cons of this place. They have a loyalty program, and we excitedly grabbed one of the cards and asked for stamps. We were told we couldn’t get any stamps bc the only way you qualify is if you drink your coffee in person. I’m sorry, but any patron should be privy to the loyalty program and not just those dining in. Our money spends the same.
The other negative is that almost all their baked items are vegan and gluten-free. I’m not against vegan and gluten free but do think all good coffee shops need to have a solid variety of both for all patrons.
Overall, 4 stars.
Would definitely come back.

Walked into this place and immediately felt 3 levels of stress leave my body. The soft music, greenery, decor, and warm smiles transported me from the dog-eat-dog mean streets of downtown Kenosha into calm and care-free East View Coffee Cotopia as soon as I walked in the door. I’m a lactose-free matcha fiend and I was excited they offered coconut milk as a dairy alternative – thats still fairly rare among small shops. The size of the shop is quite deceiving from the outside. The interior just. kept. going. like an incognito alien ship. They seem to have decent seating and room for meetings and a play area for newer humans.
The matcha did notdisappointt! Definitely ground fresh, has good flavor and not overly sweetened. Baked goods looked good also, but I already had my self-imposed recommended daily serving of “desserts”.
I also discovered they make fresh Dark Chocolate from their on-site roasted cocoa beans!
So I can get a release of negative energy, fresh Dark Chocolate, and fresh ground matcha with coconut milk from the same place?? My answer is “Yes! I will marry you East View….and I’ll sign your prenup -no matter the terms”

Love this coffee shop! Great lattes and coffee, big well decorated space. They are also LGBTQ friendly and tip free because they pay their staff fairly. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

So excited to try and not disappointed! They do whisk your matcha and use Japanese brand matcha! Both the drinks we ordered is good too.
Friendly staff, chill and cute atmosphere. Definitely recommended
*Updated: Came back a couple times and got really frustrated and discriminated by Sable. She always give me and my friends side eyes, super unfriendly especially with one of my Asian friend. We are scared of coming here now because we don’t know what attitude she’s gonna put out.

Come for the amazing coffee (roasted on-site) and stay for the beautiful space, baked goods, and great people! This woman-owned local business has a great story to tell. Be sure to check them out. And don’t forget to bring home some fresh roasted coffee!
