Sophia and Jesus helped me and they were so friendly. I had the drunken noodles. It was a great portion size and delicious. They have a good variety on their menu and the place is super clean.
Parking is easy and free. I went on a weekday and they were hosting a party of 20+. So, if you ever need a place to host a gathering, they definitely can help. Even with a big party going on, I still got my food within 10 minutes.

Fair warning: if you go here you will probably never want to go back to panda express. Yeah you have to wait a few minutes for your food, but it’s well worth the wait for the piping hot freshness. Big portions, friendly staff, everything was great. Will be back more often.

First time here in years, not because we haven’t always liked it, going back to the PF Chang days when they first started the chain–it just is not on the “list” of places we usually go.
It was great food and solid value as we remembered.
I did this review because we hate it when places close up early, even with sign on, etc. Typically it’s not the employees’ fault but ultimately management with unreasonable cleanup requirements, not paying them, etc.
We got here at 8:59, a minute before closing–on a weekday. It was a last minute decision to get here instead of burger place next door. We fully expected to be told they had started cleaning or that some items might not be available, which would have been totally fine and reasonable. Was surprised when line girl told us they still had everything available. The (apparent) manager in charge was super friendly, accommodating, didn’t make us feel bad about being there just a minute before.
So thank you, guys! I rip places that do it wrong, props to those who do it right.

This restaurant is exceptionally clean, friendly staff, and the service is hands down phenomenal! My food came quickly, the flavors were on point, and the atmosphere was excellent as well.

My partner and I visit the Dana Park Pei Wei fairly frequently. The food, usually Thai Coconut Curry Chicken , Chicken Lettuce Wraps and other items are always great tasting and large portions. In our experience, the hot food is hot and the lettuce wraps are chilled. The staff is always pleasant, friendly and we receive our take out quickly. I would definitely recommend this particular location. (We did visit another location and the Coconut Curry had what tasted like significant soy sauce on it, which we do not use due to us not using any added salt.) Dana Park Pei Wei has always had consistent, great food.

I’ve been a regular at your Asian restaurant and have always enjoyed the delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service from the managers. However, my experience is consistently ruined yesterday by the cashier’s unpleasant demeanor. Every time I visit, she seems disgruntled and unfriendly, which not only ruins my mood but also detracts from the overall positive ambiance of your establishment. I hope you can address this issue, as I truly love your restaurant and would like to continue enjoying my meals there without the negative interaction at the checkout.

Went to last night to the “new” location. Show me you are under new cheapskate ownership/management by going cheap on everything. It has lost it’s prestige look to a fast food look and feel. Fortune cookies-empty. Sour mango drink. Cheap thin napkins rather than the nice thick ones at old location. Yet still trying to get $20+ a plate. Not again from me. You have ruined a nice option.

Family of four went to dinner. It took 25 minutes to get our food. We received two entrees that were wrong. they said we would have to wait another 20 minutes if we wanted the correct food, even though my receipt had the correct items on it. The manager did not reimburse us for any wrong items. They were very rude and did not care. $65 worth of food. I will never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I noticed in the last week that things there have been greatly improved! Everything was delicious. Their service was outstanding.!!! The service was so good that had to go twice to this location on Val Vista twice this past week.! Five stars

I loved Pei Wei for so long. Sad they moved. We’ve now been twice to the new location, which is clean and food quality hasn’t been what it was, but also what you would expect. However, on both occasions it’s taken well over 40 minutes to get our food. Several others also waiting on online, etc. They are under-staffed on the weekends so if you come on a Friday or Saturday night, expect a long wait.
