I had an excellent experience today. I went in with my grandson and we were ordering 4 sandwiches. The young gentleman was so patient and attentive. We were slower ordering because I was letting my grandson decide how he wanted his sandwich himself. I was also using a coupon that wasn’t working and the young man needed to call the manager. He was so nice and patient! I was feeling embarrassed and flustered but he never rushed me and stayed as polite and nice as could be!!

Every time I order from this location, I’m reminded of why I hardly ever order from here. I gave 2 stars solely on the fact they remembered my cookie this time around, otherwise it would be 1 star. Our sandwiches were not toasted like requested, and 1 didn’t even have all of the meat ingredients on the sandwich. They never fail to get a delivery order wrong at this location.

I haven’t ate here for awhile because the last time the food quality was not good. Recently I ate a at subway close to the border of idaho and it was so good everything was fresh. It made me crave subway again. So I decided to give this location a try again since I love closest to it. Bread was hard, the veggies look and taste old! Wasted my money. Most definitely will not be returning!!

I’m walked in and no one was in the front. I waited a couple of minutes and then a lady poked her head around the corner and said “do you want a sandwich?” and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for her.
I told her I wanted a footlong and then she made 2 sandwiches as a “footlong” and then charged me for two I believe. She didn’t give me a copy of my receipt.

BEST SUBWAY EVER!!!!! I come here about once a week and it’s usually not the greatest service. I would like to thank Luis and Carter especially for their work. The store was so clean also. 10/10
