Way over priced. Chicken was decent though one of my tenders was undercooked which I discovered once I got home. Mac n cheese was decent..wedges were not hot but good taste. Biscuits were the star..they were delicious.

This place is an absolute rip off. Spent $15 dollars on a combo meal. I got my food (which looked mediocre itself for the price)and upon asking for my drink cup I’m told that a drink is not included with the combo and would be extra.

Friendly staff, but have no technical acumen. The credit card machine stopped working and they couldn’t figure it out or how it happened. Chicken is in good size portions, but was dried up and cooled. We made a couple of combo orders for on the go. Fried Okra and potatoes wedges were interesting and the only thing flavorful.

Big Black female with short hair lied about the chicken being fresh I asked her for fresh batch & was told it was fresh with confidence! I get home the chicken is not crispy nor tastful like it should! I want my money back & her Fired! This is unacceptable! No wonder she gave me extra wedges because she knew she was full of it! First off let me say Chesters has the best chicken livers I’ve ever had. That being said, I have made the trip to this particular Chesters 3 times over the last month and was told each time either they had none or none were “prepped” and they weren’t going to prep any. Chesters literally offers like 4 entrée items and livers is one of them. I asked the employee why they never had any and was looked at like I asked a stupid question while he just shrugged. My last visit was around 530 pm when you’d expect a restaurant (term used VERY loosly) to be ready for a dinner rush. Unless you want a few overpriced chicken tenders and some wedges you’d be better off not going here. Definitely don’t make a special trip hoping to have a good experience. I left with nothing and went to KFC which is only a couple miles away… It was delicious!

Me and my daughter stopped here a couple weeks ago. The livers weren’t ready and we were told by a girl that it would be 6 minutes, no one was friendly and horrible customer service. Me and my husband stopped today to get livers, they were 6 people standing there, staring at us. No one tried taking our order until I asked, who was going to take it. After ordering 3 liver plates, we were just started at saying “we don’t have livers”, they didn’t proceed to say if they were our or if all 6 employees, just wanted to stand there and stated and not do their jobs and not work. I’ll never go back here. When you walk in, no one greets you and they have RBF.

Food was good, the only downside was the fries were room temperature and some pieces of chicken tasted like burned breading. Cheaper than Popeyes and KFC for a family meal. The apple pies are a must.
