The employees were very rude and disrespectful. They didn’t put all my ingredients in my subs. The drink machine was out of just about everything. My soda was straight carbonated water. When I ask for a remake, one of the employees said they couldn’t do it and would give me ingredients in a cup. My cookies were stale and hard. I know how fast food should be. I been a manager for 4 years. I’m very disappointed and I don’t recommend this Subway to anyone…

The employees have no customer service. They are not organized. I thought by them having a brand new establishment it would be better, but it was not. I didn’t feel welcomed. I love Subway but the way they carry on. I’d rather do without this location. Grove Hill is the best in my concern. Please do better Thomasville. I wish everyone peace and love . Worst attitude i have experienced we stopped thru for something lite while on the highway and upon arrival the employees was so rude and unorganized with horrible attitudes one young lady literally got upset and rolled her eyes cause I simply asked for a plastic fork to eat my salad find another JOB if your not happy i DO NOT SUGGEST STOPPING AT THIS SUBWAY..

I was going to pick up an online order for coworkers of mine. I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before finally going inside. Only to find out the sandwiches were made just not given to me. Then to add insult to injury they didn’t give chips or drink that was paid for. I called the store and spoke to the manager to be completely disregarded. I asked point blank maam why did I have to wait in the drive thru for 10 mins for sandwiches that should have already been made? Her response was well we were busy. (They weren’t busy when I first got there at all). They do not care about keeping customers happy or trying to do the right thing. Please do better Thomasville! Needless to say I won’t be back and I doubt my coworkers will be back. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants. There is no reason to treat other people (your customers) with complete disrespect

I did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive through and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. I eventually went inside and they had not even started on my order after it said it was ready! I then had to leave and wait 20 minutes to come back and they gave me the wrong chips TWICE and the wrong drink. They also did not put everything i wanted on my sandwich when it is written clear in front of your face! These workers are awful!!

Even with the new facility, the workers are still just as bad. Terribly slow service! I placed an online order and was even 15 mins past the scheduled pick up time arriving but still had to wait another 20 minutes on top of that for my order to be done. One worker was walking around doing nothing while two young women were making sandwiches. There’s no organization. Basically if you want a sub, there will be an excessive wait. No matter day or time.

We haven’t been in there for a while and decided to get a sandwich. The 2 girls in there sure had BAD ATTITUDES. They weren’t busy, but we felt rushed, even had the eye roll from one of them, plain rude. What happened to welcome to Subway and friendly service??? Brand new store too, it’s ashame!

I ordered the veggie wrap.. it was a hit. My only flaw i didnt know how to use the touchscreen. The employee had me to drive to the window and she took the time to explain the menu for what I wanted on my wrap. Thxs so much. The owner of this Subway recognized you & your family outside of his business. That meant a lot to my father . (This is a UPDATED POST)
