We came for dinner on a Wednesday night and were able to get a table right away. We started with the spicy edamame which was nice and spicy came with plenty of sauce. We then had the Pho Chay and Trio Noodles. The pho is excellent, with tons of flavor in the broth and nice fresh vegetables. The tofu is cooked which gives it a good texture and extra flavor. The noodles were good and came with a solid amount of chicken and shrimp on top. The firecracker sauce is particularly tasty, but could have used more. We also had Ginger Ginger cocktails which were well balanced and not too sweet. We’ve been to the midtown Phoenix location before, and the food is just as good here, but the atmosphere here is lacking. The decor doesn’t match the menu and the music didn’t fit. Those are the only downsides. We’ll still be back but may just order takeout.

You might easily walk past the entrance to this restaurant since the front windows are covered with what looks like… rice paper. However once inside it is casual, but welcoming and so are the staff. It was helpful that our server kept us updated on when our pho would be ready. To start we had the chicken wings which I usually dont like but these were pretty good, not greasy, slightly sweet and a mildly spicy with plenty of meat on them. Ginger tea was good, you get a small pot for $5. We’ve been to Vietnam and while the dishes are authentic, we didnt think the pho was exceptional. The soup was hearty but a little thin tasting, not bad at all but not amazing. However, I’d try this place again.

Authentic Vietnamese food. The pho and the tofu rolls were so good. The owner is Vietnamese and so am I. She made me a special sauce because I was craving some traditional style soup. Will def return!

I had never been here before, immediately was greeted at the entrance by a kind gentleman, I loved the vibe in there. I tried two rice paper rolls, their Iced Thai tea, and even had dessert, everything was so good and fresh. 10/10 would come again 🙂

We just went to Vietnam a couple months ago and we were wanting to find some Vietnamese food here in the Phoenix area. Vietnamese food by the way is sooooo delicious!! I had never had it prior to going to Vietnam. Anyway, I found this place doing a google search and some of the reviews almost scared me away. Seriously! We wanted to go with friends and I was afraid of bringing my friends somewhere that was not great. But it was GREAT! Don’t let the other lame reviews scare you off. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the vibe was laid back and stylishly decorated. The manager that night was so nice and attentive. Our server was great too. The side of fries were huge and interestingly seasoned. We just asked for regular fries but we were told they were seasoned with pepper and a teensy bit of sugar. Sounds weird but they were really good. I totally will eat here again as it was mostly authentic and super yummy

I’ll start by saying the atmosphere is pretty good in the restaurant. The dishes are usually good, and I took my girlfriend here for the first time excited for her to try it. We ordered wings, and one of them had blood on the inside, which may or may not have been undercooked, I was able to look past that. But then, in my Combo pho, there was a tiny black hair floating in it, and I pulled out a piece of tendon that still had skin and hair attached to it. I completely lost my appetite, and I have ordered this same pho dozens of times from multiple Vietnamese restaurants, so it was not just me being squeamish. The server didn’t ask what was wrong with my food and when we complained he wasn’t helpful and we ended up paying full price. I am left feeling sick with a negative experience, and had to pay full price for it…

Less than mediocre. Chicken wings with fish sauce were overly salty. Wouldn’t repeat. Lemongrass chicken with tofu substitute was undesirable. However, vegetarian pho was okay but pho mignon was tough and short on noodles. Ginger tea was weak. Wouldn’t return. Overpriced. The rolls were tasty.

Amazing pho and spring rolls but beware ordering on delivery apps- My family enjoys Rice Paper and we like to come in when we are in the area. Because we live about 20 min away we also sometimes use delivery apps to bring our dinner to us. It seems that the checks by staff on these to go orders go consistently unchecked and we have received incomplete orders repeatedly, only to call the restaurant and find out that our items are sitting bagged on the counter, left behind. We are told there is no remedy and we are out of luck. Other times we have had to request a separate food delivery order and pay the delivery fees one more time just to get the remaining items from our meal. We don’t live nearby so this entire ordeal can take up to an additional hour, which during a family meal time is a complete nightmare. Tonight the member of staff that my fiancée spoke with hardly offered an apology and didn’t try to ask which order was ours before trying to hang up on us. As an international restaurant I feel it is reasonable and necessary for the restaurant staff to check these orders to make sure that the complete order leaves the restaurant, as expected by the customer.

Friendly server. Braised pork on the Banh Mi was tasty. Bread was also good. Wish it had a sauce that brought it together. Wife’s Ahi Tuna salad had good ingredients and pretty good dressing. Service was slow even though there was only one other table. Another table that showed up after us got a dish before I got my sandwich. Place was clean and colorful.

Very disappointed! We have always been greeted with great service. But today we were overlooked, others received menus and we had to request menus. No one came over to take our drink or food orders. So we just left.
