Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.
We ordered on DoorDash. We ordered a lasagna, and 2 “fam fresh tossed duo” and a lemon ice.
The lasagna is literally the only thing that is correct.
No lemon ice thing. The noodles were plain butter noodles, no sauce. And to top it all off we didn’t get a SINGLE breadstick or cutlery kits.
What happened?? Horrible experience

I called 30 minutes ahead to warn that we were bringing a group of 33 people. They told us to go ahead and come and they could not have done better. We ordered, were served, and out in an hour! AMAZING SERVICE!! Great staff and management.

The cashier waiter lady was so nice. She gave us our drinks for free and gave us free marinara sauce . She is so sweet and they got our food orders perfectly. It was delish.

Me and my wife ate inside. The two girls up front were both very friendly and helpful. Brought our food out to the table and brought us extra bread sticks. And even delayed bringing the cheesecake out so we could eat it cold. I wish I had a picture of the food but is was so hot and good I didn’t think of it at the time. Everything was on point. Only thing I will say is the floors near the counter and in the restroom both smell like they were mopped with dirty water. There was a mild odor. But once you got to the dining room the odor didn’t follow.

Loved the food! Served fresh to your table! This has the best of fast food… place your order in person or visa a kiosk like any fast food establishment… and the best of a sit down restaurant… Go take a seat, but pick up your drink and your silverware (yes, real metal utensils) in the way, and set your table. A server brings your food on real plates! Nothing on paper, in styrofoam or wrapped. Definitely going again!!

It’s Italian fast food but it was really good!! I can’t give it a 5 star rating because it just wasn’t amazing! No complaints other than one janky table in the seating area! Service good food was hot and tasty! Overall really pleased!
