The food was amazing like OMG! I am so glad I chose this as my birthday meal. Everything was flavorful, portions were generous and I did my happy dance while eating my oxtails. My Mom got the curry goat and my sis got the curry chicken. I had to try theirs too! Everything was on point and the owner is so sweet

I ordered the escovitch fish and it was so good! Everything is made to order so expect to wait 20-30 minutes. Shan took our order and she was so sweet. I will definitely be back to try a different dish! They also have the sorrel red stripes which you can only get in Jamaica!

This was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever paid for. I ordered a chicken dinner and an oxtail dinner, and the total was $58—an outrageous price for what I received. When I opened the boxes at home, I was shocked. The oxtail was basically a pile of tiny bones with almost no meat at all. I couldn’t even try to eat it because I was afraid I’d crack a tooth. The chicken was just as bad—so overcooked, burned, and dried out that there was almost nothing edible.
This is not food that should be served to paying customers. The quality was unacceptable, careless, and honestly feels like a scam. A restaurant charging this much money should not be cutting corners to this extreme. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away until they completely rethink how they run this business.

I wanted to try Jamaican food and I am so glad I came into this restaurant. The food the great and tasted amazing we all loved it! My favorite was the oxtail it was just perfect and it is definitely worth ordering! The only set back I had with this place was the “website ordering fee” which I felt was unnecessary additional cost.

Excellent food, portion size, flavor, and freshness. The woman who served us was very nice and she did all the cooking and the take out orders, and answered all calls and walk-in orders. She was amazing and pleasant! The music was great, really put us in good moods and we danced a bit LoL. Highly recommend. It’s my new go to spot when I’m in town visiting from NY.

I recently had the opportunity to take out at Jamerican Kitchen Cafe for the first time. The atmosphere and service were both commendable for their friendly demeanor. The food was exceptionally delicious. My meal consisted of oxtails, rice, and vegetables, which were prepared to perfection. The cuisine had a pleasantly spicy kick. The oxtails were notably tender. I intend to return and sample another dish in the near future.

Ok…. I was very happy with my choice to give this establishment another go! Food was hot this time; rice was perfect goat was excellent. Ox tails were delious although small…. Cabbage was good. Mac &. Cheese could have used maybe black pepper or something but over all my food was excellent.

The ox tail had great flavor and was cooked great. The fish was super crispy, but not overdone. We devoured both and wanted to take the sauce with us because it was so good. We will definitely be back!
