The folks here are wonderful. My children love this place, and it is a favorite for my sport’s team I help coach. Whenever I bring them in the staff do an expert job handling their other customers and the 20+ kids I bring in. Amazing. Everyone is happy and satisfied and they are always happy to see us, greeting us with enthusiasm. Please visit this place. I highly recommend them, so do my athletes and children. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients—everything tastes natural, not overly sweet or artificial like some other places. They are passionate and you can tell they care about their jobs and making sure us customers are satisfied!! My favorite smoothie is the strawberry kiwi and lemon twist! Just want to say the two girls that were working August 11th need a raise! They were so helpful figuring out a smoothie for my picky daughter and they were both so kind and smiling the whole time. They actually brightened my day. I don’t see service like this in Picayune often. I was really impressed. The smoothies were good too!

Staff is awesome. But this is the probably the worst managed smoothie king for 100 miles in any direction. Don’t bother using any rewards on your app, they’ve never worked there and your card will be charged regardless. Don’t tip on the app, your card will be charged but they never get the tips for whatever reason. Probably a good idea to call ahead too, because more than half the time, they’re out of something, some key ingredient that will prevent them from making anything close to the smoothie you’re looking for. Seriously wish someone else would open up a smoothie king in picayune, it’s a great franchise, but the picayune store isn’t getting any better. One star is extremely generous, but obviously required.

Pulled up and I wasn’t greeted on the microphone. So I pulled to the window to order and wasn’t able to use my points because they shut the system down. I had to pay full price. It’s a Friday and I have over $40 in rewards. And I wasn’t given a receipt. I most definitely do not approve of this kind of service.
