I always seem to have a little difficulty ordering online, mostly due to my unfamiliarity with the app. I had very limited interaction with the staff because my order was waiting for me when I arrived. The one staff are there wished me a good evening. Papa Murphy is a good change of pace on pizza night.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and had a sub-par experience. I was also working in food when in high school so I get it but when I walked in last night at 7:30 the restaurant was a disaster and the girls working told me they were closing early because of the amount of dishes they had to do. All the pizza toppings were out and on the counter so it took them a while to make my pizza. I don’t mind waiting a little longer but it did make me feel bad for being there.
When I got home and cooked my pizza, I took one bite and realized she had put the wrong sausage on it so it didn’t taste right.
I’m not sure if this is something the manager has told them they can do or what but I’ve not been impressed recently.

We had the bold pepperoni – second time – and I’ll never order it again! It was so greasy that it created puddles on the bottom of the oven! It took 2 paper towels to sop the grease off it after it had baked. There was also almost no cheese. Next time I’ll order the regular pepperoni. The absence of cheese has never happened before so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Usually very satisfied!

Super easy to order ahead of time and pick up a delicious pizza on my way home from work. The directions on baking couldn’t be easier, just remove the wrapping and place place in the oven on the tray it comes on.
