I’d like to say THANK YOU to the staff of the Domino’s @309 FM 517 in Dickinson. They went above and beyond for a third time to get 80 pizzas ready and loaded in my truck for a Halloween Event. If you are looking for food for a special event or fund raiser, I highly recomend this staff and store.

Order 2 pizzas for delivery at 4:36….as im doing this review it is currently 6:26 and still no pizza. The app said it was “out for delivery” at around 5:30 and I am still pizzaless….Best bet is to try any other pizza place around if you wanna eat at a decent time

Football season has begun, and we were having issues with the app. I called the store and James answered. He confirmed my preorder, placed it again for us and even gifted us some cheesy bread for the difficulty. I have to say, not only was he calm, cool and collected throughout this whole process, he was also kind and understanding of our requests. James made all the difference this Sunday, the whole fantasy team sends our thanks and gratitude. We will be ordering again next week!

Took an hour and a half to get it when we were told up to 38 minutes. That’s the only reason I ordered it for my corporate bosses. If it were for me at home I would have been more lenient on time.
After 45 min i checked the tracker and it said 1:07. 1:09 tracker said the delivery was approaching and to be ready! Great! But sadly @1:24 no delivery tried calling store 2x no answer. Order arrived @130. Then the deliverer was rude , super embarrassing when I send food to a profession business setting. Never again . Order was right and it tasted ok. Got more stars for that but I would have given a better rating if they had at least answered the phone.
Edit: the driver told us not to order from them because it’s not her personal preference to drive that far 3.1 miles. And that we were lucky she came with the order.

I ordered a pizza, cinnamon twists, a drink and additional sauces online. When the delivery finally came, it was the wrong order. The delivery guy apologized and said he would call his manager. He came back to the door and said another driver was out with my pizza and would be here in 5-10 minutes. I waited. Nothing. No delivery. I called the store after what had been over an hour since I had placed the order, and they acted very nonchalant about it and canceled my order for me. 10/10 do not recommend.

I am highly disappointed with my order from this location. When I got home with my order, I realized that the pizza wasn’t even cut, and my Parm bites did not have butter or Parm on them – simply plain bread bites. The pizza doesn’t taste well at all. It tastes funny. I spent $17 on a dinner that I’m not going to eat. What a waste of money. I’ve had good experiences with other locations so I will not go back to this location ever again.

Ordered our pizza over the phone went in to pick up the order person couldn’t find our name . Said our order must be at a different store couldn’t be cause this is the same number we call every time as the number is saved in our contacts . They take the order make the food order was ALL wrong . Get home to realize it wasn’t what we ordered . I call back to get things squared away re took the order and said they would deliver this time and would be 30 min it’s already been an hour and 15 min still nothing to call and be told the guy made it for carry out . Not delivery that it was gonna be another 45 min wait for our food but that time it would be cold and we have been waiting to eat for 3 hours now . Called after still waiting for my new order to be made and delivery never got delivered and manger said it won’t be delivered cause he tries to help me and I was rude and hung up on him. I said sure I hung up when u confirmed with me I still wanted my pizza not a refund. So then I called back and just tell him I’m tired of waiting want a refund and corporate’s number . Tells me he doesn’t have the corporate number . Told him that bs and got hung up on and will no longer answer the phone. And still have not received a refund . Manager is no help , is rude , and has no idea what he is doing . Will never order from this location again.

I ordered curbside and when I got there yesterday. Me and my husband waited and no one came out. So I sent my husband in he said no one came right away. That they was to busy talking when they should of brought my pizza out to me. I mean I ordered curbside I shouldn’t have to get it myself when I had places to be .
