Living in duncanville its hard finding a good place where they sell menudo. Came across taqueria dos gordos and haven’t looked back. The food is outstanding, and the staff is friendly. The only thing is that its pretty small inside so it gets pretty packed on the weekends. But the wait is truly worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Sorry to say I couldn’t order because the young man that greeted me, after he finished eating and didn’t wash his hands, couldn’t speak enough English to tell me what came on the items I wanted to order. Yes I can read the menu but they’re isn’t anything descriptive about the main entrees. Reviews for the food seemed gud but I hate I couldn’t order. Those were the words that came to mind when I took a bite! Customer service was great, food was awesome! It’s a small place, not really great for dine in, but that’s a small price to pay for good food! Speaking of prices, they’re not too expensive. Definitely worth it. I spent around $7 for a gordita and 3 tacos, which is not bad at all. I will definitely be back for more!

Great Mexican food. Good price. Only open for breakfast / lunch hours. Has good breakfast tacos as well as the rest of the menu. Only downside it is located in a dingy gas station but off to one end. I probably would have never stopped in to get food if it wasn’t for my Latino friends that recommended it.

Saw this on my recommendation notification and thought ‘Oh Yeah’ Street Tacos!! Well, I was Not impressed. Although I’m not Hispanic, I do Love the food and culture. The ladies were rude, we spoke and they straight ignored us. I’m like are y’all closing and then they were like no. Ordered 4 street chicken tacos, but my container only had 3. I’m like I asked for 4 and she looked at her receipt which she didn’t give me and said yeah 3 but I ordered 4. I was just like that’s okay. Glad I did b/c they weren’t that good. No masks were worn. There was a divider.

The breakfast tacos were ($1.25) super small (compared to STRIPES tacos) and the large barbacoa burrito ($9.99) was way too greasy.
Thought it would be great food, but I guess I’m too picky because most restaurant foods don’t taste good enough for me .

Got some barbacoa and some red pork tacos and both were very good. I think the Red Pork may be my new favorite tacos in the area! Reasonable prices and friendly prompt service. Definitely recommend!
