I got the Taco Tuesday special with beef tacos on soft shells to go. By the time I got to my hotel room, the grease had already soaked through all the bottoms of the shells. The meat also tasted very burnt and was almost inedible. I also got fries that were cold and no salt on them at all. I’ve ate at this chain before and it was actually really good but it was in a different city. Very disappointed.

The food is alright. It’s really nothing to write home about. The portions are gigantic, though. Order a burrito for lunch and you still have a normal sized burrito for dinner. Though the Spicy Diablo Burrito has spicy in the name, I never did reach a spicy part. It tasted pretty good, and I would get it again, I was just hoping for some good spice without having to add hot sauce. The taquitos were somewhat disappointing as they didn’t really taste like anything. Cheese quesadilla was alright. The chips were somewhat greasy (undercooked) and had black crumbs on them (dirty fryer). The horchata wasn’t very good. Overall it’s worth getting though. In comparison to other fast food style Mexican, this is top tier. It’s more expensive, but again massive portions. Also, phenomenal salsa selection. A real saving grace.

Place was clean, not really busy. Had to order through the screen since no one came to the counter to greet me (no big deal). I had a chile relleno burrito which is one of the best ones I’ve had here in the Midwest. It’s a hefty burrito with rice, beans and pico. Red salsa was awesome not too spicy just right. Enjoy!

Don’t recommend eating here at all the service is a joke had to repeat what we wanted order 10 different times and it was still wrong couldn’t get a receipt had to go inside to get one and still got ignored. Next day went in to ask for manager or Somone hire up to make a complaint lady wouldn’t give me answer at all threaten to call cops I was nice and respectful

When they first opened and for several months they were great. Unfortunately now their food is half the size still the same cost. I ordered a breakfast burrito not a breakfast tortilla. Their hot sauce is great. That’s about it. Hopefully they can make it right. Thank you!

doordashed bc nothing else was open even tho the tacos are literally disgusting, they say they close at 11, after my door dasher waited there for an hour someone came out and said they’re closed, (aka they’re just lazy and don’t want to cook even though there is people inside and it’s posted they’re open) also the tacos always are complete fat and cheap meat

Less than impressed the taco meat was dry and the shells were cold, no filling whatsoever and it had zero flavor unfortunately this business missed the spot with customer service and quality of food. I will not be going back again. It was worth a try I guess.

When it first opened i went and it was alright but i just went today and it was terrible. One burrito was literally cold when we got it. And they weren’t even wrapped all the way. Honestly for the price and quality you’re better off going to a local taco truck.
