We stopped here on a Monday afternoon, Cinco de Mayo. We ordered the nachos supreme, queso, and a couple of lunch specials and margaritas. The nachos were very good. The queso, margaritas and lunch specials were very common place, good but not great. Not terrible but not anything we couldn’t get at any of the other 100 Mexican restaurants in town. Prices were ok, a bit wonky as one price on the menu and a bit more on the check. I would go back but not go out of my way for it.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant to sit down eat and enjoy a margarita tower at. This was my first layover in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and definitely won’t be my last. The food and adult beverages here are delicious. Luckily this Valentines Day 2025 I was able to give this place a try w/ a couple of my FA friends. We were waited on by Juan and Roberto. Everything from their welcoming attitudes and awesome customer service to the flavor impact food and drinks and the restraunt atmosphere were amazing. Can’t wait to have another layover here. Hopefully sooner than later. Definitely recommend all those looking for some delicious Mexican food and a good time to stop by and give the restraunt a try. Food was fine. The queso was bland. Meal was ok, wasn’t amazing but wasn’t terrible. Wouldn’t drive 20 min again for it. Salsa was decent. Pepsi products. A lot of seating. There’s also a bar with plenty of seating. Didn’t see the restroom.

Some of the best food and service I have experienced! Sometimes you accidentally stumble into a Mexican restaurant with the best chips and salsa right when you need it most. Our waitress was SO attentive and kind and the food was delicious (I ordered the shrimp chimichangas) during dinner service. Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the wait staff was!

The food was really good and fresh! We arrived right at opening time. They have a big menu with lots odlf like sea food and shrimp and I think they focus on that but they have all the things you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant. The queso and salsa was tasty. The service was quick and she was very polite.

Enjoyed our meal at La Terraza. The margaritas and mechaldas were amazing and a great price. 7 seas burrito and burrito cancun were huge. Will have leftover for sure if you eat here! Servers were friendly and checked on us often. Highly recommend giving this Mexican grill a try!
