So they were almost out of extra crispy which is not my complaint. I got the reminded which was all drums, still not a problem. They made up the rest of the 12 piece bucket with…. ONLY DRUM STICKS. ????? They had no biscuits which I didn’t find out until getting to window. They said they would give an extra mashed potatoes and gravy to make up for it. Got home, no extra mashed potatoes or gravy. Green beans only half full. Expected this to last my little family 2 and Half dinners and it barely made it one. What a complete rip off. Never had such a bad experience at a KFC.
Almost forgot, what happened to the famous seasonings and spices??? Didn’t even taste like KFC. Just breading.

The chicken was about as good as it can be since the recipe is NOT the same. I don’t know why they think we can’t taste the difference. But the service was good, the food was hot and the employees were working. After eating a food for sooooo many years, when the cook disappears so does the original flavor. I can’t do it.

HORRIBLE, and pathetic, chicken was small, shriveled up, not good! Meal didn’t come with biscuits, got duped out of $30! STAY AWAY, haven’t ordered here for at least a year, now we will never be back! 6pc thighs and drums fit in a biscuit box! Tenders were pathetic also!

Just left without placing an order for dine in because the manager walked up to the lady taking my order (who was being polite) and started loudly chewing her out. Saying things like “I don’t now why they keep you working here” “I’ve told them you’re a liability to the company” so on and so fourth. She couldn’t have been ruder to the employee and also to the customer (me) standing right in front of her. I just walked out. That manager might want to look in the mirror if she is looking for liabilities.

Moon Pa location are the worst I’ve been in line almost 40 minutes still haven’t received my food . Each customer roughly have a 10 wait on anything you ordered. Need to fire everyone and start over with a new crew been like this for years . Outside dirty .smh

Updated Sunday 8/31, 830pm, moon twp. Apparently, no one told THIS KFC about their comeback campaign. This place is always trying to look closed… pics below.
Third Friday night in a row that this place had all of its parking lot and sign lights off at 8pm on a Friday/Saturday night, but are supposedly open until 1030pm. UPDATE: Forget Friday nights, the sign and parking lot lights are always off. The owner must not be concerned with making money… not from the restaurant anyways. They may wanna talk to their manager and regional mgt. Food is hit or miss. I like KFC, but with today’s prices, you just can’t serve people dried out chicken that has been sitting all day. You definitely can’t serve cold fries that you charge 5 dollars for. The best thing they have is the classic chicken sandwich, but the chicken has to be fresh. Best time to eat here is when they open and the food was just prepared. Otherwise, get a large drink. If the food was always fresh, KFC would be selling alot of food.

Ordered a famous bowl in the drive through and got back to my hotel and I could almost see the bottom. 7 bucks for a scoop of mash potatoes 3 nuggets and some corn. Pathetic
