We were getting tired of deli sliced turkey, we decided to give The Honey Baked Ham a try with their smoked turkey. I placed my order online, scheduled the time for me to pick it up. This was my first time visiting this particular location. The parking was very limited, tight parking spaces, it was very hard to find a parking spot with other businesses in the same spot. Went in to pick up my order, I was the only customer, no wait time. I gave the lady my name, she gave me my order & I was in & out. I was not aware that they sell pies, lunch sandwiches, Hawaiian rolls, & other things. When I got in the car I opened the container & tasted the turkey. It is so good, tender, moist & juicy. I came home & made the best turkey sandwich ever. I recommend their smoked turkey. I received great customer service & will be returning to purchase more turkey.

There was nobody in line but we were forced to go to the checkout counter because we had prepaid. My wife was trying to purchase something else and was told to get back in line basically that we needed to go to that line. As we got to the checkout counter that was a catastrophe. The young gentleman behind the counter seem very frustrated that we didn’t have a QR code available. After getting the order number he told us I can just take your phone number. And was very frustrated. Not only did they lose out on sales. But they lost a customer from that store from now on. Plus they short of this one item even though he said he had everything in the bag. I hope he enjoys the pie that we didn’t receive. Good luck to you Hope you have a better experience.

Stopped in for lunch and had the classic ham with on a croissant. It was good but it wasn’t great. Only one piece of ham on the sandwich and none of that honey baked crunch I was looking for.

Stopped by for quick lunch. Sandwich was delicious , meat was very tender and the croissant was flakey and had a nice texture. Service is exceptional, professional and friendly.

Who knew you could get the legendary honey baked ham when it’s not a holiday! Stumbled upon this gem one afternoon. The woman who greeted me was super kind and had no problem answering my plethora of questions as I was shocked that I could order sliders and not an entire ham or turkey! Not only was the woman working incredibly sweet, but the sliders were so tasty. I got the garlic herb turkey sliders and they were mouth watering. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try. My second visit I found out the woman I had spoke with on trip one was the manager. She wasn’t currently here for our second trip. But the other two ladies who helped my son and I were equally as pleasant. Cannot say enough nice things about this hidden gem

We had an event and wanted to special order some ham sandwich sliders. The manager was so accommodating and even though they didn’t have those on the menu they were still able to get us what we wanted. When we went to pick them up the day of the event they weren’t quite ready yet, but the manager offered to discount our price and compensate us with a platter of cookies. She even took the time to call and offer to deliver the order since she knew we were busy preparing for our event. The customer service and items we received could not have been better. Thanks so much for being so easy and great to work with!

Had lunch there yesterday, very helpful staff, efficient, and did a great job making sure I was satisfied. Asked if there was anything I could think of that would make it better (there wasn’t). I’ll definitely go back. I had the sandwich with the ham, turkey, bacon, and cheese. They added BBQ sauce. The sandwich was great, large meal portion, having leftovers as I type this!

I stopped to buy a gift and everything looked, and smelled delicious. The next day I went back and bought a couple sandwiches for the weekend. They were delicious! The Tavern Club was my favorite. I rarely eat sandwiches but will if they’re from Honey Baked. The same employee Amanda, was there. She’s super and an asset to the Honey Baked Restaurant.

The manager is so friendly. She’s will do whatever she can to make you happy. The food is great. I will never go to another sandwich place. They have so many other great products as well. There’s always parking, there’s rarely a wait, & everyone is so friendly.
