Stopped by tonight. Got 3 asada tacos and salchipapas! The tacos were very good. Salsa was good. Roja was a little more pica, both had good flavor! The salchipapas were very good. Next time I will ask to add jalapenos for a little kick! Overall recommend for sure!

This taco truck I give 4 stars- my friend and I were wanting a Mexican hot dog so we found this place, it looked good online do we went for it, now I will say the WAIT was way too long.. usually a food truck won’t take long to hand you your food, but we waited at least 25 min to get our food so I will say if your hungry or in a hurry or want something quick expect a longer wait, now once we got our food it was GOOD! The hot dog was exactly what we wanted and it was delicious and we got some tacos as well and it was just as delicious. So I would definitely recommend.

Seen 3-5 Star reviews for this Taco Food truck spot. So I decided to check it out for myself. Walking up to the window youll hear up beat – reggaeton music which is nice. Creates a vibe. The lady at the window is nice. I ordered 2 asada tacos and 2 barbacoa tacos. Less than 5 min they were out. Presentation is nice. The barbacoa was better than the asada. The barbacoa lacked a little salt but that’s just my opinion. I like my barbacoa a little salty with corn tortillas dipped in a little oil, and fried. Topped off with green salsa. These barbacoa tacos did not meet that desired expectation. Where it goes bland is the asada tacos. The flavor…. A hint of lime and…. Nothing. When I hear asada tacos I expect skirt steak or fajita meat carbon grilled, charcoal , burnt ends tasting. This was crock pot / boiled chopped up cheap meat with little tendons and ligaments mixed in. The green salsa has zero heat and taste vinegar -ish… The orange salsa had a little more kick. Could have done with out it. I don’t see real Mexicans spending $18 bucks on 4 tacos and 2 canned cokes for mediocre tacos. The food cooked inside Fiestas is better.
