Great find despite it being in a hotel (meaning expected na mataas yung prices). Had 2 types of ramen priced at 570 pesos each. Surprisingly tasty and I actually find it better compared to other ramen chains found in malls. Chashu was tasty, broth was savory, noodles were noodles lol. Ramen is good for 1 hungry person but plenty enough to share with someone else if you just want something to eat for the sake of eating.
Staff was friendly and accommodating despite us entering nearing closing time. They also have complimentary cold/hot tea.
Ate here at around 9PM since all other restaurants in Festival Mall were already closed. This restaurant closes at 10PM (last order is 9:30PM though).

Food was great. However, they don’t have service water and not toddler friendly since they don’t have a high chair. The staff needs to be more attentive to orders since we went there during non-peak hours but somehow she still forgot a one drink.
Price is on the higher side so it’s not for everyone. Nevertheless, food was great!

Their coffee was delicious; made through the pour-over method. IMO, their coffee is cheap at php160 + sc.
The Salmon Maki is okay; even for the pricetag.
The water bottle though… What do you expect, you’re in a restaurant inside a hotel.
Update: Unfortunately, none of their digital payments are working at the time. And I don’t think it’s a terminal thing. My credit card didn’t work, Gcash didn’t work, Maya was refunded. I didn’t try bank transfer anymore. Good thing I had cash. But what about other/future customers who doesn’t have cash w them.

Great Japanese restaurant located in the Vivere Hotel in Alabang. The sashimi moriawase and Kush Set was delicious with various choices of sake & beers .
The staff was friendly and it is a nice relaxing place or a great place for business meetings.

Ordered the shoyu ramen. It wasn’t entirely bad but can be improved in my opinion.
