Let’s start with what caught my attention first: the cashier/owner, after placing our 1st drink order, asked as routine, ‘would we like anything else?’ Which we responded, ‘nearly 1 of everything!’, was extremely shocked, then eased into excitement. Which in itself screams ‘review time’.
N3xt we asked for 1 of every donut, minus muffins and minis, would have been 15 donuts. We only received a regular dozen, which are in the video attached.
Arriving brunch time (11am) we figured a hit or miss on freshness. Donuts had about 50%on super fresh (within the hour) the others maybe 2. So bias as per this review. The food was tasty. Some overly sweet. Bacon should be a topping. The egg/meat croissant was delicious (hands down) little elevation needed.
The brewista was on point with our drink recipe, ‘specialty frappe’ which are photographed attached with recipe.
The atmosphere was EHH, but there wasn’t a wait so the limited space and seating wasn’t recognized as an annoyance, the place was cozy so in the winter time with the smell I can believe it’s cosey.

The owner cum only staff member was not attentive. The service was poor. I ordered Cappuccino and the cup was half filled with too much of milk foam and less cappuccino. The restroom was clean and well maintained. I tried to speak to owner but he was kind of ignorant. He hardly used to reply.

My recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was marred by several disappointing factors. I’d like to highlight my concerns about the room-temperature hash browns, which left a lot to be desired, and their poor taste only added to my disappointment.
The hash browns I ordered were served at room temperature, and it seemed like they were simply reheated in a microwave. This resulted in a texture and taste that fell far short of the quality I expected. The lack of crispiness and flavor in the hash browns was a letdown, and it detracted from the overall meal experience.
In addition to the issues with the hash browns, I was charged for a cup of water, which is not the standard practice at most food establishments. It felt like an unnecessary charge for a basic necessity.
Furthermore, the store was in a state of disrepair, and its overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The tables and floors were visibly dirty, which did not create a pleasant atmosphere for dining.
To make matters worse, the lack of donut offerings and the fact that many of the popular options were sold out added to my disappointment. When visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts, one would expect a wide range of donut choices, and this absence further diminished the quality of the visit.
In summary, my visit to Dunkin’ Donuts was marked by multiple disappointments, including the room-temperature, poorly-tasting hash browns, the charge for water, the poor state of the store, and the limited donut options. These issues collectively created a negative experience, and I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes steps to address these concerns to provide a better experience for their customers.

No, no, I explained to him, just tap water was all I’d like with my order. He says they charge for cups. Welp, thats petty and shortsighted, no more of my business at this place.

We went through the drive through and had someone ask us if we were using the mobile app, after we had answered no, they completely stopped responding and acting as if they were closed, even though the open window was on, and the hours for Christmas said they were open.

I’m a pretty regular customer, but yesterday was it for me. I usually order the same thing, but I thought I’d get something different for once. I got the cookie something drink it’s a hot drink. Anyway, I paid almost 7$ for a medium drink, was BARELY half full, was supposed to have whipped cream and cookie crumbles on it, it had none of that. Now,like I said, I’m a pretty regular customer, and have had issues before, but the one time I said something, the older gentleman who works there had an attitude towards me. The younger gentleman is much nicer! Anyway, if I’m gonna pay 7$ for a medium drink, I’ll just go to Starbucks!

The store is bright and clean. The service was excellent. The worker was very patient with us. Unfortunately the donuts left much to be desired. The vanilla sprinkle donuts were very dry. The glazed donuts were dry, and the whole donut wasn’t even glazed! Only the top half was glazed. I have never experienced that before at a Dunkin.
