Willow Creek Bistro is the best restaurant at Aspen Highlands. Located within the Ritz-Carlton Residences, the restaurant sits in the heart of the village. We dined outdoors and had a wonderful time. The food was solid, and the service was excellent. We loved the views from the patio. Highly recommended!

This place was great, the server Weston was attentive and the food was PHENOMENAL!! Me and my girlfriend had the Lamb meatballs that were smothered in a delicious creamy curry potato sauce. My gf and I then had the French Onion soup and Buffalo short rib for entrés. I’m at this point running out of ways to say how delicious both of these were….but wait there’s more, for desert we shared the Croissant bread pudding…. I’m a critique food very heavily as I cook for myself most days, but I can still say my money was well spent!

The best organic veggie burger in maroon bells area. Comes with 2 patties (one with portobello mushrooms and other with veggies) and lots of fries. Stomach filling. Good and quick service as well.

After 2 hours of hiking we took the bus back to the drop off point Aspen Highland village and were famished. We stopped in at the Willow Creek Bistro and were not disappointed. The truffle Flatbread was light and packed full of delicious flavor. My husband fries were OK but the burger, chicken and side ceasar were great.
