Always friendly though you have to park and wait for some items. I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes because they “forgot me”. No offer of compensation for that debacle. Food is good for what you pay Nowhere to eat in. Drive thru, carryout only. Good choice if you have a big family or crew to feed. Turn around time is good if you order via phone or online.

It took an hour to get a pizza because the kid lost my order and didn’t give me a receipt. The food hadn’t even been made. They had me wait as I watched 6 vehicles drive off with food and then a girl came to question why I was waiting. Then they hid in the back of the store after questioned about what was going on. Please properly train your staff to communicate with customers.

This branch needs new management. Recently the pizza isn’t very fresh or hot and they aren’t very fast, what happened to the motto ( hot and ready ) ? Today I ordered through the drive through, each item I asked for I also asked if it was ready and she ( the manager ) said yes, then I paid cash and she asked me to pull to the curb and wait. After 15 min. I called them to see if they forgot me, they said they were JUST NOW putting my order in the oven. I had already set in my car for 15 min. burning my gas to run the AC in the heat waiting after she said each item I asked for was ready when I ordered it. I asked her if what wasn’t ready if she could refund me, she said she didn’t think she could do that, so I just canceled my entire order. I had to go inside for her to figure out how to refund me, while I was starving and others were getting frustrated because of their wait also. Obviously the young manager can’t handle the store, they weren’t understaffed as there were half a dozen workers and they weren’t busy as there were 3 customers. I won’t be back !
