Nice Bakery with lots of food. I had a sandwich and a toast with regular coffee. Food was prepared fresh and it was delicious. The guys there are very friendly. Service like in a regular restaurant is not offered. Porcelain cups for the drinks are not available. In regards of sustainability that could be available nowadays. Offer it. Customer will love that.

I dropped in around 8:30 AM one weekday, hoping for a quiet start. The place was roughly half full, which felt comfortable.
I ordered a milk latte and an American panini. And also the vegetarian avocado egg wrap. The latte came out warm, smooth, and with good balance just what I needed. The panini was decent, though I expected a bit more seasoning or salt to bring out the flavours. However, the avocado wrapper was excellent . Still, for the early morning, it did its job.
I happen to arrive when there was a power cut and the staff did their best to ensure they were able to bring back the service despite being difficulties. They still managed to continue to deliver excellent service.
The staff greeted me with smiles and seemed genuinely glad to be there small things, but they matter when you’re not fully awake yet

What a disaster. I waited far too long for a simple takeout order while employees ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. The place felt completely chaotic, like nobody was in charge. To make matters worse, there were homeless people inside panhandling customers while staff looked the other way — zero sense of professionalism or safety.
And after all that waiting? They still forgot the grits I paid extra for. Paid for them, didn’t get them. That pretty much sums up the experience: frazzled staff, sloppy service, and money down the drain. Food was mediocre too.
Save yourself the headache — plenty of better options in Buckhead that won’t waste your time or your cash.

Thus is my first time eating here, and it was a wonderful experience, I had a booth by the window, my breakfast that I ordered complimented the remaining of my day, let start with reasturant very nice, classy Italian feel,but not Italian, it definitely feels just like a baker where everything is made fresh, now the food, the presentation of my bowl is beautiful (I love it, I want my bowl of oats like this overtime, fresh strawberries, apples, shaved almonds, pecans,and blueberries just a wonderful combination with the oats, I never had oats cold, but I’m deg going to eat them or make sure to incorporate it when I eat oats, the avocado wrap was definitely picture ready, even if it didn’t ask, the presentation of my food was so nice I didn’t want to bite into it. The service from the staff is great,very welcoming. Making sure to check on you. It definitely gives family vibes here, i will be back, and thank you for a welcoming experience.

The café was extremely crowded and disorganized, making it hard to tell who was being helped or when orders would be ready. To make things worse, the croissant they gave us was burnt.

This cafe was delightful. I ordered the BBLT with egg and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Anaheim panini which he really enjoyed. The bread was delicious and the coffees were perfect! Very clean and the service was

Just keep walking. I paid $15.92 for a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of soup. I got a burned and mangled sandwich and half a bowl of soup. Such a disappointment and absolutely not worth what I paid.

I was so excited to learn that one of my favorite chains had a location near me. However, it was a dismal experience. I ordered a large lemonade, where they gave me a cup that was more of a small/medium size. When I asked about the larger cup (because I ordered a large), they told me they couldn’t give me that size. And then for some reason they were running behind on orders (which I usually understand, but I ordered a fountain drink) and it took 30 minutes to receive my lemonade. And when I asked for a refill, they told me that was a separate charge. I actually did speak to the franchise owner, who was very nice and offered me something to return, however I never received it. I actually followed back up saying I never received the coupons about a month later, to which they replied they forgot to mail them.

I ordered an Uber eats order and the food is not edible. This is my first and last time ever trying this restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant to see what they could do and I was left on a hold due to there being a supposed line in store and no one came back to answer the phone. I included a photo. They give you one slice of each meat on sandwiches. Stay away from this store. It’s almost like they made this at home.
