The food was so bad. Some of the veggies were not fully cooked in the rice. The dumplings and spring roll are Not recommended, it’s very soft. The chopstick was even moldy. Overall was definitely not good as what I expected. It is in a good price range but the food could be better than that.

My son recently went to this establishment and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with white rice and vegetables. When he got his order it was wrong. He told the cook that his order was wrong. They made no effort to fix the order. I had to come to the restaurant and tell them that his order was incorrect. I had to place the order again and pay $9.09. The cashier behind the register just laughed and spoke to the cook in Spanish. I will never order from this restaurant again. The service is poor.

I was excited about getting a bite from here. I saw 2 cooks working over the hot grill, so I assumed it would be fresh. I ordered the tempura shrimp and a spring roll. After paying, the cashier call out to the cooks. To my surprise, my items were taken from a warmer/display case. Room temp food. Yuck and disappointing.

The Sarku Japan in this mall was a lot different from the Sarku Japan establishments that I’ve been to in the past. The word that comes to mind when describing the food in this mall is terrible. It did not meet my expectations at all based on my past experiences at other Sarku Japan restaurants. The noodles were thin for one thing, and I had to wait so long for the second dish that the first dish was already growing cold. It was a waste of my time and money.

Overall terrible customer service and odd behaving staff. Everything was very cold- as chicken and rice had sat in a pile 2 feet high off the flat top. Disgusting. Took food right back and let others know in line it was trash.
