So just food for thought when someone comes to your counter CARLETON, it doesn’t matter how they are paying and you shouldn’t make faces or sigh very loudly because they are having to pay in change or what ever as long as they are paying you for what they want there should be no problem!!! Everyone goes through things but you shouldn’t make them instantly feel worse just because they are having to use a certain type or tender, I mean heck I’ve seen 711 employees take Pennies upon Pennie’s for what their customer wants, and yet you sit here and just because you think your better then everyone walking in your door, well guess what sir your not CASEYS HIRES JUST ABOUT ANYONE EVEN THOSE WITH NO COMMON DECENCY OR COMMON SENCE SO GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE AND JOIN ALL OF US BACK DOWN HERE IN REALITY!!!!! I promise you I will not stop at this Casey’s during the daytime or while CARELTON is on shift again!!!!!!

Came here to get gas and use the restroom. Went in to use the restroom and some lady comes tugging on the door. Once I came out she proceeds to tell me i cannot lock the door “there is no sign anywhere saying so” she was rude about as well I told her they should put a sign up saying that and she said she did not have to. She also proceeded to tell me I needed to leave the store. If you care about your privacy when using the restroom do not come to this place. It is also very nasty in the store.

I stopped here while visiting OKC on vacation, trying to find directions to the water taxi. The maps were confusing, so I went inside after filling gas to ask for help. Shockingly, there were at least five staff members, all appearing to be under the influence of alcohol—you could smell it even from several feet away. They were dismissive and said I wasn’t asking correctly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt unsafe and left within 30 seconds. This is not a place to rely on for assistance. Please be cautious if you come here, especially after sunset. Definitely not a safe or welcoming environment.

Disappointing Experience at Casey’s Gas Station (125 S. Lincoln Blvd.)
After enjoying a great experience at the Casey’s location on 600 S. MacArthur Blvd., I was shocked by the subpar service I received at this station. I desperately needed gasoline, windshield cleaning, and a Pepsi from the soda fountain, but found no squeegees or soapy water at the pumps and overflowing trash cans.
Inside, the disappointment continued with all fountain drinks and frozen drinks unavailable. However, Carlos’s friendly service was a redeeming factor, and I appreciated his hospitality while purchasing a scratch-off ticket and $19 worth of gas.
Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities like windshield cleaning and functional drinks outweighed Carlos’s hospitality. I don’t recommend this Casey’s location.

VeRy nice atmosphere free use bathroom water fountain clean bathrooms plenty of battery chargers , and very good customer service very welcoming place , authority always on site also friendly pet dog place , I recommend hanging outside for a while and meet some of the folks out there while you enjoy your evening or morning coofee , also they have a kitchen that makes food . Plenty of beer .lots of snacks . Okla state farm

I came here to get gas after work and the entire gas island was blocked off by people just hanging out. Something really needs to be done about these people, it’s a problem every single weekend. Management needs to get the police out there to clear them out because customers cannot even get through. Literally I couldn’t even turn around in the parking lot or get gas because the whole parking lot was full of people just hanging out. They were parked at almost every single gas pump and blocking off the other half

Update 6/7 .. still the worst, filthy store, half the fountain drinks don’t work I have never seen anyone care, just employees hang out like it’s their house.
They don’t care that the parking lot gets taken over by motorcycle clubs and you can’t pull in to get gas.
Calls to corporate office just gives lip service, nothing ever changes there.
Love getting yelled at by employees.

Pretty sure this location is permanently closed,no matter what time I go the doors are locked lights are off an they let anyone an everyone hang there sleep in front of the doors closed station to me. I wouldn’t waste my time stopping here

Stayed at hotel across street and got in late. Tired and starving my husband ran across street to grab a pizza. After standing inside store for 10 minutes worker comes out of bathroom with a female. Informed my husband he never saw the order. Husband waits for him to make it while all these guys are walking in and out chatting and whatnot. So after 45 minutes he came back with a pizza that no one wanted to eat. I had one piece cause we hadn’t eaten since breakfast. Next morning my son was in the shower and I rushed in and exploded with diarrhea. It was awful and of course I had to get in the car and drive 250 miles that day.DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE! You will be sorry. If you can get any service at all.

The doors have been locked for close to 20-30 minutes. It’s freezing outside. No sign on the door. No communication and more people are leaving. I have children to make it home to and am stuck with no gasoline. I can’t leave or I’ll run out of gas. This is absolutely horrible to do to your customers while you lean on the counter. We’re very frustrated out here. Trash employees every time I come here. She just opened the door and and said something and now about 6 vehicles are leaving. HORRIBLE
