AMAZING FOOD!!! Seasoned perfectly. We had the Carnitas Tacos and the Fajita Burrito. In a sea of Latin food trucks, this is truly a stand out and deserves to be at the top of everyone’s list if you’re looking for traditional Latin food with a fresh twist. My partner and I got some tacos for dinner last night, and they were some of the best I’ve had in Oregon. The mango salsa and queso tacos were amazing. The service was great. The woman working the front had just gotten back from Mexico the night before and was there cooking up some amazing food the next day! All around 10/10

We were in town for the chess tournament, and was recommended by the local to look for “THE blue taco truck “ and there we went looking . We went back twice in few hours this is how good they are ! Very well balanced : color , texture and taste . You can tell the owner really cook with passion and use the best ingredients to feed our soul ( okie , our tummy 🙂 lucky for those who live in Junction city / Eugene !!!! Sweet potato tacos are great, love the mango salsa! BUT THE TOFU tacos are amazing! The sauce they use is phenomenal! The ladies are super sweet.

Being from Cali it’s hard to find good Mexican food to compare. Hands down, best Carne Asada Burrito I’ve had in Oregon. One of the best burritos I’ve had period. I was able to park my truck and container chassis in the lot right across the street too!

Azuls is hands down the best food cart in Junction City. If you enjoy delicious and fresh Mexican food it is a must try. The green and red salsas are both good. The staff is friendly and the wait short.

I’ve got to honest, Going to Farm & Tractor Supply on a Weekend, while, useful, doesn’t fill my heart with joy, I mean, hauling sacks of chicken food down the aisle, It’s not really a hobby, BUT since I discovered that little Blue Food Cart tucked away in their parking lot, Things have changed, Now I need to find an excuse to go there, It’s turned it from a chore to an event!
Why? The food & service is AWESOME! My Favorite Burrito, The food was perfect, My wife has some dairy allergies & isn’t good with hot spices, They were super accommodating, with a burrito bowl with a mango salsa instead of picante, It was perfect!
