I was very disappointed. No prices so people can’t budget. The queso tacos were wet and not crispy and I paid $17 for birria that barely and I mean barely any meat and it was all fat. The lady was nice the foods the problem. Owners need to care and make sure people come back not lose business

We came on a Saturday night. Big outside patio area with plenty of seating. I like their set up they have an open grill station, drink station, and a bar station. Dj was playing music with a variety of songs just a little too loud. My son visits often and loves the al pastor tacos. They brought our drinks and food along with a container of different salsas to the table. We ordered a quesa Birria. It came with consume grilled onions and jalapeños. Im sorry but it was not good. Everything lacked salt and for that matter taste. Not one of the salsas were good. There were 4 different ones. I was highly disappointed that nothing is priced. They have a big banner with nice pictures of the food they offer but no prices. 42$ for four tacos a jarrito, quesa birria, and horchata. The receipt was not itemized. Only had the total and a tax for city of Modesto. I was disappointed. Having said that..as we were sitting there alot of people stopped by. When we left there was a lot of people.

I’ve been buying from this family owned and operated business from their beginnings on 9th St about 6 years ago. Husband and wife team have always been friendly and food is delicious. I’m excited to see how much they have grown now on crowslanding Rd. Please try the al pastor Taco so good.

second time coming here after the first time which was a few years back and I was disappointed once again. I decided to give it another try since it’s been a few years and their portions are so small for what they charge. Their birria tacos didn’t really have much flavor and the regular tacos had like 6 pieces of tiny pastor in it. Felt like I was eating just a tortilla by itself. Customer service was good but the food was just terrible. Still overpriced and small portions years later.

We had a deeply unpleasant experience at the restaurant. The food was of poor quality and the service was extremely slow. To make matters worse, the restaurant did not have prices listed on their menu, which made it difficult to budget our meal effectively. We ordered the birria de chivo, but were extremely disappointed to find that the meat served to us was liver instead of the regular meat we were expecting. Needless to say, we didn’t even bother eating it. To quench our thirst, we ordered the agua fresca de piña, but were utterly disappointed to find that it was nothing more than water with barely any pineapple flavor. Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Best food ever, I ordered asada fries but they didn’t have it sadly. They contacted us super quick and we changed our order to a Burrito de Lengua and taco de Birria for me and my bf, best thing ever. The burritos are really huge and not dry, you get alot of meat every bite. The birria tacos have alot of meat as well, very juicy. Came as well with a caldo to dip it in. Also with a little bag of jalapeños, lemon, radishes, and onions. I am definitely going back with my bf!
